Thirdly, I submitted the cancellation form and was told I would be contacted soon by someone to finalize my cancellation. It's been over a month now and no one has reached out to me and no one has responded to my emails. And I was just charged again for another monthly payment also even though I canceled my membership! Absolutely ridiculous. Poorly run management. Terrible contract. Small facility. Don't waste your time here. Go to a real gym elsewhere.

Actually there were a few sets of dumbells that need to be tightened. The water fountain was torn apart with the cover laying on the floor, a few cardio machines were down, plus a few more need some replacement part. The one eliptical that I used had the heart rate monitor broken off the handle and when I went to grip it, I almost slit my finger. Plus almost all of the precors had the heart rate moniter taken off of the handles. A couple of the benches needed reupholstered, and a couple of the streching machines needed some attention. The staff was pleasant. This place would be great if they fixed all of the broken stuff. They got some great equipment, but they need to fix it up a bit.

Well, what do you know, the owner herself reached out to me through HER OWN CELL PHONE! She was welcoming and asked about me!!! What I usually get when I reach out to a business is a full verbal display about what they have to offer; in this case, the owner asked about me, my needs, my goals. She HEARD me and asked me questions!! Wow! My jaw was wide opened and I knew right there I could expect nothing but professionalism and dedication. I was kindly invited to a complementary class to check out the gym. I showed up at the place and I was impressed with how intimate and inviting the atmosphere was so I could bring out the best of me. I was greeted by a trainer and while I was waiting for the class to start, the owner made herself availability to meet me at her facility...how about that! The class was perfect for me, and all I can say is if you need a place that can motivate you to become the best version of you, you have to check it out, the owner made it clear that she cares not only in words but also in actions.

Most of the equipment is in good condition and from what I understand they offer certain fitness and bootcamp classes. The protein smoothies are good and they also offer single shots of preworkout if you forget to bring your own. Smaller facility but they are conveniently located on the border of Ventnor and AC, close to shopping and a nail salon. Open 24/7, so if you work nights or weekends, you can always get your workout in.
