The employee proceeds to throw her credit card to the ground and stomps off to check the price like a 5 year old. Seriously? I was flabbergasted. I said "we are your customers" and he gave us a death stare. At which point I opted to leave and so did the girl with the actual issue. I will never return and I have never seen anything like it. Crazy!

On this visit, I was searching for a specific flavor of pretzels that Kiara told me about (the ones she gets on the plane), which are supposedly only sold at Total Wine. I saw other flavors in the store, but not the one I was looking for. The brand of the pretzels is Stellar and I was searching for the Maui Monk flavor. The website indicated that they had it in stock, so I asked a worker for help. Unfortunately, he was unhelpful and made me feel like I was bothering him, so I continued searching on my own. After some time looking on my own, I asked another employee, who was much more helpful. He took the time to check and explained that they were likely out of stock and that the online inventory isn't always accurate. He also mentioned how popular the pretzels are and that they sell out quickly--even he buys several when they come in. My husband was also looking for a small bottle of Cointreau, but they were out of that as well. I decided to try another flavor of the pretzels - Sweet and Sparky. These were good, had a spice to them with the buffalo flavoring. These bags are priced at $6.49. I'd like to eventually try the other flavors, including the one I was looking for. This visit was hit-or-miss in terms of customer service and item availability.

" They had every beer I was hoping to find and more... Nearly every available variety of New Belgium. More varieties of Bell's than I ever knew existed, Boulevard, Abita, Breckenridge and tons more that I had never even heard of. Prices are pretty good especially considering their unique collection. Staff is very helpful. I called ahead of time to make sure I could get some Fat Tire and the New Belgium seasonal. He answered those questions, and provided tons of information on prices, inventory, etc. Once I got there, he was able to check in the back for other stuff. The only problem is that I'm not in Indy that often... but Crown Liquors is a great reason to go. Yay! The area is pretty non-sketchy, and right next door to a Border's Book Store. I wouldn't hang out in the parking lot though.

I wants it, I needs it...must have the precious! There is almost an entire aisle of Belgium and French ales only, if you're into imports. Parti-Pak also allows you to customize 6-packs out almost anything you want, so you get to explore more beers than you typically would. They also have Underberg near the check-out counter, another perk in my book. Ignore the worn exterior/interior and deceiving name; visit Parti-Pak, prepare to squeal with delight, and spend more than you intended. Your inner craft beer aficionado will forever thank you.
