Petco Park - Ed Sheeran's Loop Tour

I absolutely love Petco Park, especially for baseball games. It's consistently considered one of…read morethe best ballparks in the USA. It has so many San Diego local eateries in the park that are fabulous such as Hodads, Cardiff Market, grand Ole'BBQ, and so many more. We loved the Pacifico grill. They served up grilled NY streak and lobster sandwiches on a buttered roll. The park views are amazing and Petco's location in the gas lamp gives attendees many options for pregame or post game fun. It's a blast here since most home games are sold out. I love this place !

Updated review! This is after my experience at a sold-out concert here at Petco Park. I scored…read more(nosebleed) seats to the Pierce the Veil concert. I was in Section 306, Seat 20 (next to the stairs). While I was in a far section, I still had a pretty good straight on view of the stage. The screens were large and high quality. They mostly used the screens behind the stage, and less of the side screens. It was still too far to see the band on stage, but the screens were still good. I was thinking someone could bring binoculars if they really wanted to see the stage from this section, lol! But I still enjoyed this high-level view, being able to see all the screens and laser effects and such. They even had fireworks at the end, which I've never seen at this venue but it was awesome! Audio was great, but also loud, so maybe recommend getting ear protection even for the far sections. Overall, I think most seats in Petco Park have a great view. For concerts, I do wish they had more merch booths and I wish there was a map of the locations. I waited an hour for merch, and was cutting it close to the concert start time. You really have to go early to have enough time for merch, drinks/food, and getting to your seats. We got to the stadium around 7pm, merch line 7:25-8:20 (multi-tasked going to restroom & buying drinks while partner waited in line), got to seats 8:30ish, set started at 8:45. Getting out was also difficult and crowded. I saw some people leave early to avoid the rush. I was stuck in peak rush. The first trolley out was packed like sardines. Just a warning!

This a great way to watch Padres baseball! Found my ticket on SeatGeek because the club is a season…read moremembership that sold out quickly at the beginning of the season. Rumor is that this section is easy to snag a good deal because it appears to an expensive ticket, but it's actually a pretty good value with everything that's included, especially compared to what season ticket holders actually paid. The view is great as you are situated on the suite level along the third base line, although you cannot see the main Jumbotron. There are still other screens to look at and they had TVs with the broadcast on. Seating is varied in type. I was at a high top table, which was comfortable. Other chairs were standard stadium chairs but with extra padding, while the high end seating were nice looking oversized chairs situated with clear glass in front of them. The menu apparently rotates, but on my night there they served foot long hotdogs, fully loaded mini hotdogs, a nacho bar, pretzel bites with cheese and mustard dipping sauces, cookies, chicken caesar wraps, and salads. There were also areas with grab and go chips, Cracker Jack, boxes of popcorn, and other goodies. All non-alcoholic drinks are free, and you can buy alcohol at a dedicated bar in the club. There were also three dedicated bathrooms that are gender-neutral, but there was still a line between innings. Overall this was a great experience and I felt like a good value for the price I paid. If the suites are first class, then this is just a step below--call it premium economy. Give it a shot!

I guess I don't remember what it's like to sit in such a theater because it feels kinda close to your neighbor like a flight and unfortunately the guy next to me has terrible breath that I had to smell all night. Check in was smooth and easy except there really could have been better signage. There were 2 really long lines which I thought was to get in but then I realized we already had our tickets taken so what was the line for? Someone said it was to take pics and went to the other line saying it was to get in but that didn't seem right either so we just walked right in (which is the right answer) after being confused for like 10 mins or so

My husband got me tickets to see Phantom of the Opera for my birthday, it was a last minute gift so he wasn't able to attend with me but I was just so excited to go. Take the trolley to skip having to find parking but there is a lot next door or you can walk a couple blocks and there is a lot where the old Horton Plaza mall is where it's $10 as a flat rate! Any who, the theatre is just so beautiful, the seating is comfortable and spacious. I was able to purchase my goodies before the play and there are plenty of food and drink options as well. I saw someone eating a pizza! Can't wait to come back, hoping to see Hadestown, Six, Legally Blonde the Musical !
