My wife went back to her and asked her to fix the zip since it worked before she touched it. She refused and charged my wife for a new zip that she ruined at the outset. My wife stopped going to her and I lessened the amount of clothes drastically, but continued to use her on a very limited basis because she was the cheapest in the area at the time. She diminished a very steady business relationship which more than netted her at least $100 to $150 a month easily as I wore business wear to work and needed cleaning regularly. I also did our family comforters cleaning there originally. I took all that elsewhere and basically gave her now "onesie"and "twosie" items at a time. The stuff hit the fan this year however when a very expensive and just 6 months old blue sports jacket blazer seemed to be misplaced at her cleaning establishment and to make it up she gave me someone else's blazer I guess maybe as a way to hide their mistake. It was the same color but i did not notice right away until i needed to wear the blazer maybe 2 weeks later. By that time I had already taken off tags and plastic wrapping and threw each in the garbage prior. I called her when i made the discovery and told her that I have the wrong blazer. She told me to bring it back for her examination. I unfortunately did not get there for a few days but when I did I showed her pictures of how my blazer looked and it was not the one she had replaced mine with. I left the one that was not mine there with her and asked her to try and locate mine. She never called back so i called after a few weeks to see, and to which she told me that she had not seen it. I asked her if she would be willing to replace it or if not just give me some money towards the purchase of a new one. She refused and accused me of switching the one I had (the one they put in my laundry and was not mine) in order to try to cheat her into buying me a new one. This lady has known me for years and why would I even do such a thing. I don;t have time for rubbish as this. Okay so I write this review to say if you're contemplating to do cleaning service with Anna's Cleaners please beware and take heed. She has no customer service skills and does not work to help her clients during incidents where she is at fault. I should listened to my wife years ago when she was cheated by Anna and walk away. Again, go to another cleaners in Missouri City and stay away from this one. Her business will implode under the weight of her nasty ways.

It is located next to a gas station. Parking is limited, but there are a few extra spaces on the side of the building. To use the machines, you'll need to purchase a card and load money onto it. The card is $1 and can be purchased at the kiosk. You can also use the kiosk to add funds to the card. If you need assistance, there are employees at the counter. They were young, but very polite and helpful. The counter area also had laundry supplies for sale. The heavy duty washers ranged from $8-9. Some of the washers are tall so pouring detergent, fabric softener, etc. into the compartment may be difficult if you're short. I didn't realize it until after the fact, but they have step ladders that you can use if you need a boost. The employees were using them to clean the tops of the machines. They have lots of rolling carts which came in handy. They even had some laundry baskets for customer use. The laundromat is quite spacious and there's plenty of seating. They offer free water and have vending machines too (or you can grab a snack at the convenient store next door). If you need the WiFi password, just ask one of the employees. I noticed a TV in the middle of the room, but it was muted. There's also a few video poker machines. The name says it all. Spotless Washateria is truly spotless. Employees were cleaning machines, mopping floors, wiping down the folding tables, etc. on a regular basis. I'll definitely return the next time I need to do heavy duty laundry.
