They found some issues that added several extra thousand on and I accepted their work with a 30 year warranty. 5 months after the roof being replaced I had an inspection done to sell the property. The inspection came back that the roof wasn't properly sealed and need to corrections in several areas. I emailed them, called them and left voicemails asking them to help resolve this issue. They IGNORED me. Never received one follow-up after asking them to look into their work. I ended up having to repay again to fix their work to close on the property. Highly suggest avoiding them. Communication is solid until they take your money, work proved to be subpar after inspection.

One of their workers admitted the wrong shinglesx were used on our flashing? EZ Roof kept blaming our house: poor siding or windows. But we lived here 4 years before their new roof with not one leak ever. We paid a lot of money for painters to come repaint and Caulk everything possible. It helped but something was not installed correctly for almost all of our dormers to leak.

They didn't cut any corners and made sure everything was exactly as I envisioned it. Thanks to their taking pride in their work my property value just increased considerably. Highly recommend them to help you plan and construct your project.

ABSOLUTELY AWESOME COMPANY!! After tornadoes went through Mobile right after Halloween, we…read morediscovered a leak in our roof on our house in downtown Mobile. We called several roofing companies to come look at the issue. One wanted a $250 estimate charge and the others did not return our calls. Guy Brothers not only returned our call, but scheduled an inspection. Brian Dolitch, of Guy Brothers, came- as schedule, inspected the roof- inside the attic- found the issue- did some temporary repair and gave us an estimate to repair it permanently. It was an extremely reasonable estimate and we had them do the work. Mr. Dolitch was/is extremely professional- the response time was very good- and we recommend the company very highly. Appointment was scheduled…read morefor today at 9am, however he didn't show up for the appointment & finally called at 1015am to see if he could still come out to give us a quote. Denver came out & quoted us & I informed him we were getting 3 quotes before making a decision. He scoffed at this, but I explained we were paying for the roof & not our insurance unless I could get my policy changed to "replacement value". He was aware another company was on their way to give us a quote too. He left & sent us a quote & asked if we could come to the office to check financing options (after I also said I wanted to avoid financing if possible). Knowing my husband had an appointment and would be out of pocket for that, he sent 2 text asking if we were coming, which my husband did not immediately respond to bc he wasn't available and I also was talking to my insurance company about changing my policy to a replacement policy & awaiting their response. Before my husband had an opportunity to respond to tell him this, Denver sent another text (all within a hour and a half) telling my husband to remove Guy Brothers from our potential list of companies. What upsets me the most is that as a business, he found it acceptable to no call, no show for the appointment yet found it unacceptable we were unable to respond immediately when we made sure he was fully informed of our schedule. All of this transpired in one afternoon & the pressure he put on us to make an immediate decision speaks volumes about how the business (& probably their work) is conducted.

We were really excited to find Kerby Custom Renovations. Their recommendations on line seemed almost too good to be true so we moved ahead with Kerby. Kerby did the renovation of my kitchen and laundry room and added in a pantry. They did an excellent job given that there were no drawings or blueprints for what I wanted. To complicate matters, I really wanted a new space that would be safe for me as I age in place. Kerby managers, staff and sub-contractors worked closely with me to make the kitchen/pantry/laundry of my vision into a reality. Kerby staff were excellent communicators in that they not only spoke up when they had questions but they took the time to listen to what I wanted and envisioned. They were kind and patient and helped me by making suggestions and providing alternatives, some of which I incorporated into my kitchen. The custom work they did was outstanding and the subcontractors they worked with were exceptional too. Sometimes it took longer to get the next set of workers in to continue work which extended the length of our rehab but all in all, it was totally worth the wait because of the quality of their work. Their integrity showed through with each step of the rehab process. I was also impressed with their after service care. I had 3 small items that needed to be taken care of after my final payment to Kerby. They followed up and completed all 3 items in a timely fashion.
