We love our cottage. Furthermore, customer service is ongoing and an intrinsic part of their business ethic. I decided to write a review today after two years of consistent service for anything that comes up, for example, the kitchen faucet was dripping, I phoned Andrew, our project manager this morning who sent out a plumber within two hours and repaired the drip. They offered all we could have hoped for and we're very happy we chose them.

We finally got our carpets cleaned after 5 years of hemming and hawing around!…read moreWe listen to KRVM and hear that they support our local live radio station. That's a plus right there! We also asked friends for recommendations and Brothers Carpet Cleaning kept popping up. We had them come out the other day to clean our carpets and were totally delighted. Jeremy, the carpet cleaning technician, was very professional. He carefully measured the carpet, did his calculations and told us up front what it would cost. He also explained exactly what he was going to be doing and what process he would be using to clean our carpets. Our carpets had multiple unknown stains and he was able to get all of them out! They look brand new again! We would gladly recommend Brothers without any hesitation. Marcia, a happy customer.

Technician (William) did an excellent job, was profession and very polite; the disclosure of…read morespecialized services compared to standard services by a scheduling team member was weak; yet the manager for the local team in my area (franchised) made everything right. I would just recommend that potential customers ask detailed questions related to services that they are purchasing. I.e., what is included (what do I get exactly) for the costs of the service I am scheduling, what else would you recommend I consider of the services you offer (if any)? Will what you recommend achieve the desired outcome after all services are complete? What are the guarantees of satisfaction for your services and is that in writing? Is there a local number to contact with any concerns about the services received, just in case. I have no doubt that they will be forthcoming with all the above - if it is asked, it just needs to be asked unfortunately.
