Was extremely upset and disappointed in the new Manager @ Snippin N Clippin. My husband bought me a…read moregift certificate for Christmas to use at my next appointment. He gave me a receipt in my Christmas card for $40.00. When I went to pay my bill, Cinnamon said the receipt wasn't any good and she'd have to collect the full amount since I didn't have a gift card. I explained they never gave my husband a card only the receipt. He never challenged it at the time. Therefore, after I paid my bill in full, we filed a dispute at the credit card. Cinnamon called to tell us she was sending a check for $40.00. She never apologized for their error or anything. We still wait for that check to come in the mail. We were so disappointed in her professionalism and lack of remorse. I doubt that we'll ever go back to her salon knowing how she treats her customers.
