You can enjoy a nice evening in the IFC mall after grabbing a cup of yogurt and taking a nice stroll outside to the observatory areas to enjoy the view of the skyline. It was a pretty dessert. They layered thinly sliced apples over a sweet flaky crust and topped it with pistachio ice cream. This dessert is great for sharing. I had a table that was in front of the kitchen so it was really cool to be able to see the chefs prepare the food. The staffs were friendly and they all speak English. They were very efficient on clearing off the plates when we finished a dish. Before we got our bill, the GM came over to ask us if we enjoyed our meal. That's a nice touch because I normally don't get that kind of thing in the states. Overall, I had a great meal and it came out to about $400 per person so that was reasonable. If I do visit Hong Kong again in the future, this restaurant will be on my list.

It was very neatly presented, neatly portioned to be able to cut out slices. The taste wasn't bad and it tasted better at home later that evening, as I took my leftovers to go. The house breads were good. I was too chatty to get a picture of my Long Island Iced Tea. The space was quite big and the menu, overall extensive. I may stop here for another bite someday. Everyone was seated next to each other. This location is therefore best if you're getting take out. Today we got a large gelato cup with a choice of one topping and dressing. It's weird cos we were only allowed to choose one flavor for our gelato even though we ordered a large. I would prefer having the choice of getting two flavors.

They offer their full menu of ice cream (so many inventive flavors!), frozen yogurt, whimsical ice cream cones dipped in marshmallow and cereal (fruit loops, Rice Krispies, cocoa krispies), smoothies and coffee/tea. Ice cream cakes are available by order, but they do not have any on site. There's a nice seating area in the back if you need a break from the crowds on Lee Tung Ave and it will be great in the summer when you want to enjoy your ice cream w/o having it melt in the humidity of HK. They have a good assortment of flavors here, some are so creative so it would be helpful if they added a description of the ice cream flavors on their menu board. They currently have the name of the ice cream but not the ingredients so I've noticed other customers and myself asking the staff to describe each one until we've made a decision. That said, the staff here is extremely patient and all have been friendly. They even take special care in each order, when I've ordered to-go, they've neatly packed it in a bag with dry ice. Who knew that this snack shop, which sells Japanese/HK packaged treats as souvenirs, would think to offer ice cream? There were plenty of flavors to choose from too! While the ice cream was far from bad, it wasn't an exact replica of what I had in Japan. The ice cream was lacking that cheese flavor, but the cone was spot on.
