When referring companies to my clients, I am always certain to include M.A.M/Bekins in my list of recommended vendors. What I love (and APPRECIATE) the most about the group at Make A Move is the accountability they have for themselves, and the levels of trust that I can place in them. I have had several clients successfully (and happily) utilize their services. From a townhouse-owner's simple Point A to Point B move, on up to the organization, packing, storage, and transfer of four decades' worth of contents in a 4,000 square-foot home- they have done it all. On top of all of this, the friendly and professional manner in which they conduct themselves is a flawless representation of both me and my business. I *strongly* urge you to give them the opportunity to take this minutiae off of your plate (and/or your clients')... you won't regret it! -Jordan

I have had a great experience doing business with JT and Queen City Closets! From the beginning he…read morewas very easy to work with and was able to understand our individual needs in our closets and design a closet system that is awesome! We had some bumps along the road in our construction timeline and JT was never phased by our need to reschedule our install a couple of times. He never seemed like it was an issue and didn't charge us any kind of install cancellation fee for the inconvenience. We were able to reschedule our job for a Saturday morning and his installers arrived promptly on the day they were scheduled. We unfortunately did not even have power at our home the day of the install and that wasn't a problem at all for the installers. They did three closets for us in a timely fashion and they all turned out great!! We have an older home and wanted to make the most of our space and JT was able to design something that was just right. After realizing that the height of some shelves was a bit too high to utilize the upper closet space in a small guest room closet, JT took the whole thing down (that they had just installed), remeasured and reinstalled the shelving. He didn't charge us extra to do all of that work and was happy to redo that closet to accommodate our needs. Overall, I think that Queen City Closets has a great product and great staff. I would definitely recommend them if you are wanting an affordable, high quality product!

I commented on that and he said if you want to move during the week Monday through Thursday , the price is different. So we changed it to a Monday moving date.
