I had an estimate scheduled with another company for carport gutters, who had been in business over 30 years, tell me what I requested couldn't be done. Well, here's proof it can. Not only did Peyton and Matt do an exceptional job with installation, but with my first hard rain, proved their expertise perfected. Before, I had water in my carport up to my ankles, after the installation only a very tiny amount of water, which would be expected after any rain. They are my heros! God bless these men!!!

I had Johnathan, the boss come out a couple weeks before to evaluate and give me an estimate. He went the extra mile and did a little repair on a couple of leaky spots. The estimate he gave me was lower than the other two I got and for the same basic project he saved me money. I highly recommend this business.

We moved into a home in Huntersville and wanted to get the floors refinished, walls painted,…read morecarpets replaced, and stairs redone....a big job. I happened to see Little Wood Flooring on my way to coffee one morning and decided to go in and check it out. I am SO GLAD I did. John was incredibly helpful and even suggested a painter that they often team up with for touch ups and repairs after their work is done. 1. The carpet was installed and complete in one and a half days. 2. For our hardwood floors we decided to just go with a maintenance coat rather than a complete strip and refinish and they look beautiful, they shine and glow, all the dullness of age is gone. 3. Our stairs took a while and there were a couple of things wrong. I showed it to John and he is scheduling the fix for it. *The only thing I would say that they could improve upon is asking about what we want... When we told them we wanted to replace the stairs they were like okay we can do that .... We later had to set up a meeting with them to select what we wanted they were planning on just replacing the railing and balusters with the same exact style...luckily we had Logan come over with a book of styles and we showed him what we wanted...I wish they would have taken the initiative in the beginning of the process to ask "What style do you want" or "Hey there are a bunch of options. Let me show you" I would definitely recommend them to anyone with the caveat of make sure you remind them to show you options. Only showing pic of the stairs they were the most dramatic change.

Our framer recommended Fireplace United and they were terrific. Came out to measure the job quickly, and did a great job walking us through our options. The final product is beautiful, and we saved thousands of dollars by using them. They arrived when they said they were coming, kept us in the loop the entire process. One of my biggest concerns was getting rid of the orange tones in my hardwood floors, and they did an amazing job transforming them into a beautiful blonde finish using a bleaching treatment. What impressed me most was their customer service after the job was complete. When I noticed a few very minor issues during my final inspection, they came back promptly and addressed everything without hesitation. If you're looking for a flooring company that delivers quality work, stands behind their craftsmanship, and is a pleasure to work with, Sarti Flooring is an excellent choice.
