I believe this closes at sunset but I've been out here at sunrise and it's been pretty quiet until 9:30 am or so. There are a few walking trails and the docks/front of the boathouse (the cement areas) do flood during heavy rain. Definitely a Glastonbury community symbol... :) Lots of kids fishing on the dock/by the river. Playground on the premises & then the Glastonbury parks and rec manages the fields behind the clubhouse. I've been here when there was a wedding and it seemed intimate and romantic. I'm a big fan of this spot!

I don't know what the official capacity is but it could definitely hold way more because we didn't even make use of the upstairs space. The bathroom is nice - only downside is that it didn't have a baby changing table . Parking is decent . You can park in the lot right in front or go around the building and park there . The venue was charming and offered its rich history as well as it decor to bear on what made the evening so special. A very special thanks goes out to Emilia a new staff member at the club. Emilia was our point of contact for the event and did an outstanding job of making sure everything was perfect. The attention to detail and accommodating our every wish was executed flawlessly.
