My friend threw his baby shower here and I can see this place being used for a variety of events. I would say that there was easily about 140 of us here comfortably. I don't know what the official capacity is but it could definitely hold way more because we didn't even make use of the upstairs space. The bathroom is nice - only downside is that it didn't have a baby changing table . Parking is decent . You can park in the lot right in front or go around the building and park there . I love that they have a stock room that is open so that you can store decorations, food etc. overall I highly recommend booking
