I have Know idea what J.S. is Talking about!!!!!!! 1st of all it dose not sound like he had any experience with the shop other than driving by...2nd Ford Rangers are 4 cylinders! They have no power to "spin tires or fish tale" smh. 3rd 1st class windshield experience and craftsmanship sets the bar for the autoglass industry with continued education and cutting edge technology! Their name says it all 1st class! They make NO secrets about their pricing all of their signs and advertising say "GOOD WORK AINT CHEAP AND CHEAP WORK AINT GOOD" couldn't be more true in this industry! they offer a LIFETIME WARRANTY with every job they do!! Who dose that any more these days? Dose that sound like idiots to you? It dose not to me. Not sure about J.S. but my family rides in my car and if I have to pay extra to guarantee their safety I am surely ok with that. I am not sure you can put a price tag on safety! can you?? Further more these people have been in business over a decade and hold some of the biggest dealerships in all of the county as well as insurance companies. IF they where so horrible how would they have so many great repeat customers for so long. With new cars having so much technology these days wouldn't you want some one who knows what they are doing? The experience I had with them as well as many many others I know personally has no refection on this extremely poor rating that J.S. wrote. I used Facebook messenger to initially contact 1st Class Auto Glass. The response was IMMEDIATE. There was a concern about all the bells and whistles on my car so I was asked to provide my VIN in order for the customer service representative to contact Honda about my vehicle. Honda wasn't able to help so the CSR asked me to send a picture of the exterior of my windshield. Once we were sure we were talking about the correct windshield, I then was put on the schedule for the next day. I have been thoroughly impressed with the impeccable customer service provided to me, thus far. On the day of installation (today), I received a call from Caleb letting me know a two-hour window as to his arrival and installation of my windshield. Caleb just left my work place after replacing the windshield in my 2017 Honda Pilot. Caleb was super polite and very professional. He went over the dos and don'ts/instructions as he was putting away his supplies. I don't plan on having to replace any other glass in any of my vehicles, however if I do, I will certainly contact 1st Class Auto Glass. I wish I could give them more stars! First Class Auto Glass did an amazing job on my windshield repair. The price was very reasonable especially for the quality of work I received! They did such a good i recommended them to my mother-in-law who had a rock chip fixed. She also had a great experience with them. They even meet her early so that she could get to work on time. I have recommended them also to a client of mine. Who came away with only positive things to say about this company.
