I told him I had a previous company that came out but my toliet continues to get clogged and this time over flowed to downstairs . He told me that the issue could be in the pipes If I had some one to snake it and replace parts . He just proceeded to tell me what he think the issue is but could not look at anything unless the warranty company gave him permission. So he sat on my tub and got on the phone . He said the toliet was not clogged because I had unclogged it. I wanted them too check things out he refused to do anything but charge me 85. I asked can he snake it he says no ..can you change a part he said no ... so I preceded to say you came out and did NOTHING. He also had said if the warranty would not pay he would do the work with his company so at that point I knew i Was getting ripped off. I lost 85 and canceelled the service with Choice Warrenty lost money for doing that . On top of that the guy asked why I had an attitude he trying to help . I was very professional and just told Him I never had someone say they think this is the issue and did nothing else . I will tell all my friends and family not to use Premium PLumbling or Choice Warrenty . Worst experience ever lost 85.00 in fifteen minutes and the guy did NOTHING!!! They recommended a remediation company, and that company did perform the work. Unfortunately, that entire process turned into a complete nightmare and has caused ongoing issues. Later, I had contractors do some work and called Premier back out to check the plumbing. At that visit, they quoted me nearly $2,000 for work they claimed was necessary. Fortunately, I had another licensed plumber scheduled right after them, and that plumber confirmed that almost everything Premier said I needed was unnecessary. After reading other reviews, I'm now questioning whether I even needed the original remediation they recommended in the first place. Overall, the entire experience felt like a cycle of referrals, rising costs, and very little transparency. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before using this company.

Very Disappointed -- Poor Workmanship and No Follow-Through…read more I normally do not write negative reviews, but our experience with this comapny was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to warn others. We hired the company to perform water damage remediation and subsequently rebuild the affected areas, including installation of LVP flooring. Unfortunately, within approximately nine months of installation, the flooring began to warp, buckle, chip, and come up from the floor. This was not a minor cosmetic issue--it was a significant failure of the flooring installation. As soon as we noticed the problems, we contacted Moses, the project manager, who initially told us they would address and repair the flooring. Unfortunately, after that conversation, he stopped responding and effectively ghosted us. We continued trying to get the issue resolved and eventually contacted Rob, one of the co-owners, but we experienced the same lack of follow-through. We contacted the company within the first year, while the flooring problems were actively developing. However, we were repeatedly told that they were out of town and that they would get back to us. The delays continued, and by the time we were finally able to have the matter addressed, we were told that the flooring was out of warranty. That was extremely frustrating because we had made the company aware of the problem well before the one-year mark. In our experience, the company did not take responsibility for workmanship that had clearly failed within a relatively short period of time, nor did they make a meaningful effort to resolve the problem when we brought it to their attention. The quality of the flooring installation was unacceptable, and what made the experience even worse was the lack of communication and follow-through afterward. If you hire a contractor, you should be able to expect them to stand behind their work when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Restoration 1 of North Atlanta. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company do their research, ask detailed questions about workmanship warranties, and get everything in writing before moving forward. Based on our experience with the flooring installation and the way our concerns were handled afterward, we would not use this company again and cannot recommend them.

They sent two plumbers and one called himself a senior...they both looked at the leak and said that it was completely dry and they couldn't find a leak...becoz the upstairs bathroom sits right above where the leak was he said it could have been due to water running down the shower to the floor and since no one was using the upstairs shower anymore the problem must have fixed itself...and i need to caulk the sides of the tub to ensure there was no leak in the future... He never cut open the ceiling where the leak was and pls note it was not a small one and was still looking wet when they came and went but it was so high up that I couldn't just touch it and see....the company charged me 200 USD for the visit and the problem apparently didn't exist.,...in all this my mistake was that I didn't climb up the ladder to investigate while they were still there. Later in the week I asked my husband to climb up the ladder and look/feel the leak one more time before i called someone to patch up the ceiling ( there was a small whole the size of a baby's palm from all the prodding) and Lo and behold, it was still wet...there was no way a seasoned plumber could have missed that....I was so frustrated. The senior plumber, while he was there, all the while kept discussing his parallel business as a contractor and why I should hire him to renovate the bathroom. After a couple of days I called another plumber to fix a gas line and also showed him the leak he immediately diagnosed the problem as a pin hole leak( it was extremely extremely small ) and charged me 275 to fix it. I logged a complaint with Laura of United Installers plumbing that their Technician's very not professional( for trying to upsell me bathroom reno) and lousy at what they did....she promised I will get my money back but she never sent me the check after repeated follow ups. Every time there was some excuse or the other.. I would request all future customers to be vary of the quality of technicians they send. Pls don't waste your money on these good for nothing plumbers. I have already let me neighbors and friends know not hire them and I'll be sure to log a complaint with BBB as well. Thanks Katy

I was priced not on the job but for the appearance and size of my house. Should not be charged for smoke breaks during service - being charged $665 to cut, replace a metal pipe is ridiculous. They also had to empty the water heater but didn't have a water hose and had to use mine along with my buckets Wasted time making the correct decision and possibly took advice from owner who has no experience with plumbing - Suggest to everyone to get a second opinion and not use this company for small jobs

I purchased a house from a builder that used A&W as the roofer. About 18 months later the roof had…read morea massive leak during a large rain storm. Damage to drywall and pressed wood boards. I needed time to get contact info from builder for roofer but needed roof fixed ASAP so call a 3rd party roofer. They inspected my roof, sent me photos and videos explaining why it was not installed properly and fixed it for $1200. I was quoted $3000 to get the drywall damage fixed but figured I would do that repair on my own to the best of my ability. I contacted A&W and they refused to reimburse me since I had a 3rd party look work on the roof. I am not surprised they refused to stand by their work, they got paid to do a fast and cheap job of putting a new roof on a quickly constructed house and would lose money if they actually had to fix their mistakes. I sent them the photos and video showing their work was inadequate and they don't care. It took me more than a week just to get them to finally answer my question about the warranty of their roof, glad I didn't wait on them to come inspect and repair it knowing they did a terrible job the 1st time. I would avoid using these guys for repairs and would refuse to buy a house with a roof installed by them.

They broke a ton of our nice furniture also & will not return calls. Look for yourself. Do not make the mistake of trusting these people with anything.

The project manager Mike and the decking crew led by Lupe that rebuilt and extended our deck did a great job. They need to improve the communication between the sales side and the project manager. I would suggest a meeting with the construction manager, project manager and the home owner to make sure all are the same page right up front. The project was done in a week, including the Saturday before Memorial Day to make our deck usable. I would recommend them for a new or rebuilt deck.
