I get a mini detail, which is only $140 for my sized car. (Other places quoted me $240-$350 in the past.) They said about 2-3 hours, and it was literally done in just over 2 hours, and it looks great! Windows, door jams, carpets, seats.... Spotless! I'll never go anywhere else. Especially being a female, a lot of places have tried to tell me I needed extra stuff I don't need. These guys are honest, kind, good prices, and good service. Their location is also super convenient for me, less than a 10min walk to Gilmore Skytrain Station, so I can go get other errands done while I'm waiting for my car. I even brought my friend with me today and she was very excited to see the transformation of her messy-af car into sparkling clean! Well worth the $ ! I have been here a few times and it has been hit or miss. Sometimes my vehicle is perfect, other times it is disappointing and not worth the cost. Today was a disappointing day. My car was relatively clean but I opted for the second option so the console would be cleaned. Unfortunately, the job seemed rushed and I am not satisfied with the smudges and debris left inside and outside of my car (see attached pictures). There was an unhappy customer when I was leaving, so I am wondering if they are just having one of those days. I think I'll start to look for a place that is more consistently

I've been going by this car wash for a few years, they used to do a terrific job...NOT anymore…read more The last couple of times I've noticed they say my car will be ready faster than the usual 20 min and I noticed my car wasn't as clean but I said to myself "everyone has a few off days". I went by and dropped off my car for a wash the other day, I got the ultra clean package and left my car. Came back paid $50 and tipped the usual $10, when I got my car back it STANK, like disgusting cheap cleaning spray (sanitary lemon smell), I left my windows down a bit and my sunroof open for a couple of nights after to air it out but the smell persist. I called today to ask what they used to see if I can counter it or see if they can fix it but I was told by a manager "we do not use scented products but you're welcome to come by for another wash" ok?! Sooo I'm crazy? This place has bad service and bad attitude.
