From the get go, Steven was extremely responsive to my email inquiry. He immediately scheduled a zoom call with me and we started working together. Steven showed me how to update my own title tags and he was very patient with me as I'm not very tech savvy.  After doing a backlink audit on my website, he discovered that my site had been linked to over 800 spam websites and disavowed all the bad links to help improve my score on Google. We made some other minor edits to my website (back and front end) to improve the conversion rates for a free call that I offer. After only ONE month of working with Steven, my business made a little over 8,000! The numbers don't lie. I wish I could give Steven 100 stars. His knowledge, professionalism, honesty, kindness, and patience will never be forgotten. I continue to refer all my friends and business colleagues to him because he is simply the BEST. As an independent freelancer with a growing clientele, when it came time to create my own website…read morewith Squarespace, I thought it would be an easy, straightforward process. Long story short, I couldn't have been more wrong. Although creating an account was a relatively simple process, setting up a website that was both functional and aesthetic was far less straightforward than it was advertised to be. For people who have full time jobs, working through the nuances of website design--how to manipulate images, change spacing between elements, understand how your site will function on a desktop vs. mobile, etc.--is exhausting. Squarespace doesn't offer any direct customer support, and when you do email them for help, they simply send you links to read and "how to" videos to watch. All in all the time and energy it takes to learn how to work with simple design elements can be extremely discouraging. Yes, you can set up a site, but there will be lots of things wrong with it and it will never really look like a professionally built site, which of course it isn't. Working with Mark, however, was simple, easy, and ultimately saved me an incredible amount of energy. After trying to work on my own with Squarespace for almost 2 years, I had a website, but it was nothing like what Mark was able to produce in a short period of time. What's more, working with Mark provided me with a website that was functional, professional, and beautifully reflects my personal brand. Not only does he possess an intricate off-hand knowledge of how the platform works, but he understands custom coding and will go to any lengths necessary to make sure you get what you want when it comes to the design of your site. His precision and attention to detail are major assets in his ability to create professional websites, as are his unique design ideas. Given his skill level and the personal attention he offers I would definitely say that working with Mark is guaranteed to vastly improve the look and feel of your site while saving you an enormous amount of time.

When I contacted Mark I had no idea what I wanted and I was slightly all over the place. As a result, he suggested we meet in person so he could get a feel for my personality in order to create an aesthetic that truly captures who I am and what I was trying to convey. From the moment we met I felt an immediate confidence in him and inspiration within myself. He asked great questions and was able to help me to consolidate my thoughts and what I wanted to convey to the public about my private psychology practice. Shortly after our first meeting, Mark sent me a draft that exceeded expectations. He included everything we discussed and created a visual which complemented my personality and my practice perfectly!! He took my corrections and feedback and implemented them immediately and improved upon my suggestions in a way only he could. Working with Mark was an extremely pleasant experience. He was patient, creative, informative, and he kept me focused. Our collaboration resulted in a website that is not only beautiful but sets the tone for potential clients on what working with me would feel like. I can't say enough good things about Mark! Use him and you too will be wowed I promise!!

A friend told me that this SEO can help me get on top of search pages whenever words related to my business were hit on search engines. I was reluctant... however, my friend was very successful in business so I went out to hire DMH. I followed his suggestion since, hell why not? DMH studied my digital marketing strategy and created a new marketing plan for my business. They had to totally revamp my site. Each web page design was changed and I was ecstatic with the results. Their graphic designing services were incredible. They didn't use generic templates which was what my previous website was made of. They made a customized design in photoshop of my homepage which they converted in HTML which google loves. Another plus in my book is that my website was optimized for mobile devices alike laptops and desktops. Since my websites were customized, they ranked in the top 10 of Google after a few months. They know how to find the right keywords. I think this is called keyword research. My site was ranking for those words I wanted, which is the name of the game right? and the website design was fantastic! I don't know what to say. I really want to thank them so much.
