They kept me updated with texts and when to expect my technician. It took Aleksei (our tech) about 10 minutes to pull dryer apart, diagnose problems and offer a fair estimate. The work took about 35 minutes and he had all necessary parts. He also cleaned out dryer from top to bottom. My dryer has NEVER sounded so quiet and smooth. Then when he went and quoted me an additional $445 for parts and labor. I asked if it was worth fixing, the leaking refrigerator he assured me it was worth fixing. He again would not order parts or start repairing the item until money was sent. Repair man went out and advised all had been repaired. A few days later had the same issue that refrigerator was leaking. I called and spoke to Victor who advise that it was probably the computer or memory board do not remember. He then advised it was not fixable but not before collecting $625.00 and leaving me with a broken refrigerator. I have since called someone else who repaired the refrigerator with no money upfront and a third of the price with no prepayments. BE CAREFUL

I tried to call no answer, so I sent another text. The reply was asking me kindly to wait. I waited 2 hours only to be informed they could not come for 3 days. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know.
