On top of that, my experience with their HRT services was already terrible. I wasn't able to get a refund, so I was forced to use the credit I had already paid for toward Botox instead. Even then, I was charged an additional $50 with no explanation, which means the Botox was $15 a unit something I was never told beforehand. The moment I got to my car, I already had bruising under both eyes. By the next day, I had two full black eyes. Completely unacceptable. Between the poor HRT experience, the lack of transparency, and the unprofessional treatment, I will never go back and I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone.
