Everyone that works here is great. You got Ariel, who's genuine customer service and recommendations put a smile to your face. You got Ray, a passionate and proud father who actively keeps the humidor looking organized. You got Austin, a knowledgeable rep that is down to earth. You got Greg jr, a proud son of his father's cigar shop who makes one heck of an old fashioned! In fact, he was the first person I ever met at the shop, and he is a true ambassador that would make any parent proud. And you got Malik and Jazzy, who help glue together the experience at this place by keeping the team they work with in good spirits. What more do you need to say, it starts with the people, but to top it off, they have an interesting selection of cigars. I have become a real fan of some of the lancero sizes I have gotten to try that most places don't carry. The place has a top notch ventilation system to that keeps it fresh and the indoor and outdoor lounge areas are truly a cool experience because of the amenities and great patrons that frequent it. The outdoor lounge in particular has a lot of seating with two massive TV's playing sports at all times! There is also great music in the evenings that's creates a vibe where people gather and have a great time. Did I mention that on Friday night, their outdoor food truck serves some yummy fish and chips! What can I say, this place is an experience and vibe like no other cigar lounge I have ever been to! Total gem. I almost don't want to write this review because I don't want it to get overcrowded, but they deserve the shine! If I could provide some feedback it would be about the indoor lounge chairs. I do wish the seats in the indoor lounge provided better back support, the seat cushioning is definitely past its prime, but other than that, they are nice and stylish leather couches and chairs! read more

I purchased a single flame Xikar lighter from this store and later discovered a significant price discrepancy between what I was charged and the manufacturer's current retail pricing. I understand that local shops charge a premium -- and I'm genuinely happy to support local businesses -- but the difference in this case was extreme and hard to justify. What made this worse is that I reached out to the store directly, politely explaining the situation and asking if anything could be done. I even included my receipt and a link to Xikar's official website for reference. I received no response whatsoever. No acknowledgment. No explanation. No attempt to make it right. My buddy and I found this little shop on a Sunday afternoon we were in town. Our regular shop was closed so we decided to check this one out. Based appearance this place was great! It was clean and well kept with a nice selection for a smaller shop. My poor review is based solely on our customer service experience. The guy working the shop that day, I don't remember his name, gave us a super poor experience. Maybe it's because we aren't members but right away this guy treated us like we were stupid. He asked my buddy what type of cigar he was looking for and my buddy responded with his preferred name brand cigar. The worker proceeded to tell us that that wasn't a real cigar before asking me what I wanted. I said "I'm just looking" not wanting to interact with the guy who then proceeded to follow us into the humidor and watch us the entire time. Anytime we'd ask questions he'd respond with a super know it all answer about how we "don't want that one" or "that would be a waste of money." I get having strong opinions but I just wanted to be left in peace. The walk in is also really small to begin with and my buddy and I basically filled half the room. With this guy monitoring us we couldn't even walk around. I've never felt so rushed to get out of a place. It was like I wasn't wanted and just needed to get out so this guy could go back to doing whatever he was doing before we showed up. I won't be back. read more

Great location in the city of Cibolo... has massive drawbacks and concerns that the average customer should look to avoid... drinks are ridiculously expensive, cigar selection is minimal and needs an overhaul, customer service is average, most workers don't know cigars or have the knowledge to explain what they are selling, and the owner is present about 4 days out of the month... Major renovations are needed and you can tell the corners are being cut when they are being handled... for a place to have a hold on the market by being the only one of its kind within 10+ miles... it's worth the drive to other spots... save yourself the trip... go to Fincks or Club Humidor... or even Redlands for that matter... read more

A friend invited me to watch NFL and smoke cigars with him. It was about a 30 minute drive from the house but I went anyway. I arrived at 12:20 (they open at 12:00) and the lot was empty, I thought the place was closed, but I tried the front door and walked in...a few minutes later a young lady came out of the humidor and asked what I needed. I told her I am waiting on some friends but while I wait can I check out the cigars? She stood there for a few seconds, rolled her eyes and motioned me to the door of the humidor. I asked if there was a problem and she said, no, but at that point I was a little turned off. I told her I would wait outside for my friend. When he got there and walked in she was all smiles and said she was restocking the humidor but we could come in now. This was now 12:40 and she was restocking? If you open at 12:00, be ready at 12:00. We bought about $70.00 worth of cigars and went to the back patio. My buddy kept letting his cigar go out so my personal butane lighter ran out, so I went in to ask if she could refuel it. She snatched it out of my hand, refueled it and handed it back and turned around. She was very pleasant with my friend, but not me, and I think I know why. Unfortunate. read more

The staff is very friendly in a sincere way. Whether you're new to cigars or know your way around a humidor, they do a great job of making good experience. Their selection of cigars was impressive. There's a $15 minimum spend for non members in order to use the facility. I would have preferred the volume of the DJs music to be a bit lower so we didn't have to shout to have a conversation but overall it's a pretty good establishment. read more

Great cigar shop! The humidor was loaded with a great selection of stogies and plenty of accessories like cigar cutters, lighters, cigar ash trays, etc. They had a really nice outdoor area that's cigar friendly as well as a private lounge. The prices were very reasonable. I grabbed a couple of sticks to go this time but will definitely come back and try out the lounge. read more

Friendly and helpful service. We've been twice and had a positive experience both times

First time in this place.. I think the owner was having a bad day, when we walked in my friend went to open the door to the humidor and he told him In a really rude way 'Hey you don't go in there without me !' Its our first time there we didnt know, but ok.. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to ruin the good time my friends and I were planing to have. I went in and was going to pick up the cigar that I want and he did it again. Being rude 'hey don't touch the cigars, tell me what you want and I'll get it'. I felt like I was getting pranked or something, it was kind of ridiculous. I didnt go in there to start groping the cigars, I was just going to pick the one I wanted, but what ever.. so he carried the cigars to the cash register and I proceeded to pay. I asked if I could cut the cigar and he told me 'I will cut it for you' so I get the cigar out the wrapper and give it to him. he stops right before cutting it and asked me in a rude tone did you put this in your mouth? I don't know what type of customers he is used to but that's common sense. I told him just got it out the wrapper right in front of him, by this time I was getting really frustrated with the experience so I asked him what was the problem, he just said no problem just too much going on at one time. There was only one more customer and my two friends , I didnt feel welcome in the place at all. The owner had a power trip.. he can have what ever rules he wants but there's no need to be rude about it, especially with new customers. I guess he's got a good thing going on and no need for new customers. Not the place for me I just like to enjoy a cigar in a nice environment with my friends. read more

Every type of flavor of cigar you're looking for is available to include my personal acid flavors. There's a nice table spot to sit in the foyer but where you want to be is in the Members Only area. For $100 a year you get access to smoke and watch the games or PPV events with other aficionados such as yourself, 10% off all purchases and 4 free cigars a year of your choosing. There is also an outside sitting area which is perfect for when the sun goes down and complete with 2 TVs outside as well. Another added bonus: ITS BYOB! Don't tell my momma but I just enjoyed a Tatiana vanilla smoke with some Crown Peach and I feel amazing bc what's better with a cigar than an adult beverage.
