They also said that there are more marks than normal wear and tear and charge $200 for it, I left the apartment in really good condition, very clean, except for the disgusting carpet that they left in there which I had to cover with rugs , and it still smelled. When I moved they tried to raise the rent on everyone in there to fix an issue with the driveway cement that if they had fixed it before it broke it would've cost them a lot less. We were driving over damaging our cars and then they want to charge us to fix it. I moved out as a result of the rate increase and the lack of trust that I had with a company after not getting the carpet cleaned at move in and new charges. Most people moved out after that. I thought I would stay if they cleaned or replaced the carpet because it would seem like it was worth the rate increase. They didn't do that and as I mentioned earlier charged me $150 to do it for someone else. So they did not move within integrity so their score is low.
