When it was time to move out our landlords wanted to give us back a very small amount of our deposit and she helped us fight those costs. Erica is truly an exceptional realtor. Her knowledge of the market, promptness, strategic mindset,…read morekindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process uncomplicated. Going into this process I knew I wanted a home that would be a forever property I could eventually use as an investment property. That meant we needed to find a property that would financially make sense for me now and for my future. Erica listened to what I wanted and her delivery of information was straightforward. She laid out the pros, the cons and strategies to help me make the most informed decisions that lead to me getting the property I truly wanted. As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure about all the questions I should be asking, but having worked with first time home buyers in the past, Erica knew exactly how to present the information so that I would have all the knowledge I didn't even know I needed. She was unbelievably hardworking and available always. Erica was proactive in providing me with the information I needed, but also with her perspective since she never lost sight of my goals for the property I wanted. She treated every situation like she was purchasing the property and she looked out for my best interests. Erica was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. Her cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence that I would end up with my ideal home. I could not have done this without her guidance and I can happily say I am ecstatic about my new property. I cannot wait to work with Erica again to build up my portfolio. I have already recommended her to friends that I know will end up as happy as I am with my new property. Erica will work with you to make your desires for a new home a reality. Throughout the home buying process I know you will be impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she has about the market. But also, you will be satisfied with how she manages and takes you through the home buying process with ease and expertise to land you the property that checks off all your boxes.

Melissa is experienced and moves quickly through the process--she was never the hold up. She's excellent at communicating, answers dumb questions, and she processes most forms online so we only had to go to a formal signing once. She knows the best in the business and our inspection was way more thorough than any of our friends with other realtors. I credit Barnett Real Estate with that because they helped us hire him. Our selling process was just as smooth and any pauses were clearly communicated without us asking "we're waiting on X for Y." As I've listened to friends and family talk about their realtor processes, I've realized that we had none of the issues they talk about. We've moved out of the area, but I would recommend them to anyone that wishes their best friend was a realtor.
