Once they had me locked in (the ride's departure time was only several hours away at this point), they called back and said they could not honor the amount we agreed upon and that I paid for. I can fully understand that a mistake on a quote was made and that a quote can be rectified in certain situations but once the price has been agreed upon and I have provided my payment information, that should be it, right?
