I was referred to 180 VAPE by a friend. I owe him BIG TIME. My first visit was everything in the area of customer service and quality products I could ask for. I wasn't 100% sure of which direction I wanted to take my vaping experience when I arrived. Through the most wonderful, cheerful, informative AND PATIENT customer service I left having gone to Rebuildable Dripping Atomizers. The pro's and con's of each type vaping were explained; product examples were patiently shown and explained; recommendations based on how much I vaped and what type vaping experience I wanted were made (the key is the customer service representative asked all the pertinent questions and based the recommendations on my answers....I was not purposely lead to THE NEWEST FAD nor the HIGHEST PROFIT MARGIN items). Questions were asked about my vaping flavor tastes and quality ejuices were recommended based on my answers. The juices were made to my desired nicotine level and the ratio of PG and VG I needed .......once again, determined by the patient questions asked by the representative. The juices were custom made and ready in just a few minutes and I left 100% satisfied and excited with all the choices that I had made based on great questions and suggestions. I immediately starting bragging about 180 Vape as soon as I got home. Subsequent phone calls to 180 Vape for general vaping questions, product questions, YouTube sites that would be helpful, etc. have all been answered courteously, with patience and left me feeling like I was their most important customer. Subsequent visits to both locations have yielded completely positive experiences due to a compLete staff with a "I'm here to help the customer have the best vaping experience possible" attitude. Even when the store is quite busy, the service associate helping me always takes the time (sometimes that's a long time) to ensure all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction and that I have gained the information needed to enhance my vaping quality. I am in one of the two locations at least twice a week. I have NEVER had a single experience that was other than AWESOME. If anyone is looking for an alternative to smoking................180 Vape will make your vaping experience so enjoyable that you will just wish you had visited the store to talk with them long ago. I am now two years removed from my last cigarette. I enjoy vaping more than I ever enjoyed my 35 years of smoking up to 4 packs a day ---- and that's A LOT. Having worked in customer services for 40 years of my life, I tend to be very observant regarding every aspect of a shopping experience. I tend to form a mental grade on the various associates working, the cleanliness and organization of the establishment, the willingness to SERVE the customer rather than process them without sincerity and enthusiasm, the product selection, quality and price. If I were still working, rather than being retired, there are numerous customer service associates at 180 Vape that have impressed me on each and every visit to the point that I would ask them what wage it would take to gain their services inside my business and taking care of my customers. If you want all this ....................it's an easy choice................head to either location of 180 Vape in Lubbock, Texas. I don't tend to give a 5 star rating to very many businesses nor business employees. However, if there was a way to give a 6 on the scale of 1-5...........180 Vape and the staff would garner that grade from me. OK, Been vaping for months now, this has helped me and my wife quit smoking, also referred several friends and family members as well... I did not give 5 stars just cause I dont give any survey 5 stars..lol... 180 Vape has been awesome to me and my family.. Just love the way Kim & Travis treat people.. I also have to mention Jessica and Jeremy as they have both been valuable customer service each and everytime I have been in either store... I have sat and talked to Travis & Kim for hours on end and they truly know their business. Yes I did my research online as well and yes I did find products cheaper but with limited explanation of what your buying. I have been to other Vape shops in DFW area and they had products that was the same you were not really sure what you were buying. I really like/appreciate the way Travis & Kim have run their business and the way they train their employee's. Yes I know like with any business sometimes you get bad employee's but you gotta give most everyone the benefit of the doubt when looking for good employee's.. So as for Mike O. comment maybe he just got someone that didnt know at that time or someone was still trying to learn??? As far as the Rebuildable stuff , well maybe they have not decided to push their store in that direction, I know I am NOT interested in that and have told them it did not interest me. Also Mike O. Hairnets really dude??? Its not a food restaurant... As far as the names on products well its kinda like they make them up as they go to catch peoples attention or get suggestions from their customers.. Ya know really and truly Mike O. if ya dont like it then dont go!!! I mean if there a restaurant I didnt like to eat at then its my choice that I dont go eat there.. As far as pricing goes you cant run a business if you dont expect to make a profit or your business would never be successful. I would love to walk into Chevrolet Dealership and tell them hey I want to buy that truck but I want pay what you paid for it.. They would laugh me out the door.. So I guess to summarize Mike O. you need to do more research before you bad mouth someone, and I guess if you dont like it then open your own store and see how well you do since you know so much about the business and customer service... We have bought so much from these people! The battery broke and apparently they do not honor their product because they didn't exchange it or give us our money back.(it supposedly has a 30 day money back guarantee from the manufacturer ...we had it for 2 weeks) They are very rude called me a liar said we broke it on purpose! SERIOUSLLY? I have several friends that have had the same issue. The customer service is horrible!!!!!!! Very rude people in there that don't want to do job they were hired for. If you are truly interested in quitting smoking, this is the place to go! The customer service is just unbelievable! If you are anything like me, I didn't know anything about e-cigarets or "vaporizers" before I came here. This place is awesome! They are excited and WANT to help you. They have TONS of different flavors and styles to choose from. My fiancé and I went in today completely new to the vape scene and they were eager to help. They explain everything and even said if you have questions when they're closed to message them on Facebook and they will answer. I've been to all the Vape shops in Lubbock and no doubt this place has the most knowledgable, friendliest, and caring staff of them all. I've spoken with the owner, and because they are growing as a company, the amount of inventory they purchase from wholesalers gives them the ability to supply a great product, at a fraction of the price of other vape shops. I've done my research, mostly online lol, and still Ive found that this place can even compete with online prices!!! We have had multiple bad experiences with this company. Many months ago we bought a kit here and it ended up breaking within a few days. We tried bringing it back with the receipt and all and they wouldn't do anything for us. So a few days ago we decided to try the new 82nd street location. The girl who was working there was very rude and seemed completely disinterested in helping us. We are avid vapers, and we would never step foot in either location ever again. They have by FAR the biggest and best variety of flavors, they're super friendly and helpful, and best prices I've found. I have been to both locations on a few different occasions, the staff is rude and never seems too interested in helping me.
