I was referred to 180 VAPE by a friend. I owe him BIG TIME. My first visit was everything in the area of customer service and quality products I could ask for. I wasn't 100% sure of which direction I wanted to take my vaping experience when I arrived. Through the most wonderful, cheerful, informative AND PATIENT customer service I left having gone to Rebuildable Dripping Atomizers. The pro's and con's of each type vaping were explained; product examples were patiently shown and explained; recommendations based on how much I vaped and what type vaping experience I wanted were made (the key is the customer service representative asked all the pertinent questions and based the recommendations on my answers....I was not purposely lead to THE NEWEST FAD nor the HIGHEST PROFIT MARGIN items). Questions were asked about my vaping flavor tastes and quality ejuices were recommended based on my answers. The juices were made to my desired nicotine level and the ratio of PG and VG I needed .......once again, determined by the patient questions asked by the representative. The juices were custom made and ready in just a few minutes and I left 100% satisfied and excited with all the choices that I had made based on great questions and suggestions. I immediately starting bragging about 180 Vape as soon as I got home.
Subsequent phone calls to 180 Vape for general vaping questions, product questions, YouTube sites that would be helpful, etc. have all been answered courteously, with patience and left me feeling like I was their most important customer. Subsequent visits to both locations have yielded completely positive experiences due to a compLete staff with a "I'm here to help the customer have the best vaping experience possible" attitude. Even when the store is quite busy, the service associate helping me always takes the time (sometimes that's a long time) to ensure all my questions have been answered to my satisfaction and that I have gained the information needed to enhance my vaping quality.
I am in one of the two locations at least twice a week. I have NEVER had a single experience that was other than AWESOME. If anyone is looking for an alternative to smoking................180 Vape will make your vaping experience so enjoyable that you will just wish you had visited the store to talk with them long ago. I am now two years removed from my last cigarette. I enjoy vaping more than I ever enjoyed my 35 years of smoking up to 4 packs a day ---- and that's A LOT. If you already vape and want to find a location with a great selection of quality products; if you want to find reasonable prices for your vaping products; if you want to find a business that will be so helpful, courteous and friendly that you will leave feeling like you just had the customer service experience of the year .......................180 Vape is where you need to go. If you do, you may soon find yourself more satisfied with a more healthy alternative to smoking or other tobacco indulgences; you will likely feel empowered to make great decisions due to the information gained by the service associates asking the right questions to tailor make YOUR vaping experience; you will probably wonder how one business has so many knowledgeable, friendly and helpful employees. The staff works together as a team very well. If you ask a question to an associate that isn't sure of the correct answer, he/she will get the assistance of another team member to help.
CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE. That's what you will find at 180 Vape. Going there is an experience I look forward to. Leaving there is an experience I always brag about to my vaping and even non-vaping friends and family.
Having worked in customer services for 40 years of my life, I tend to be very observant regarding every aspect of a shopping experience. I tend to form a mental grade on the various associates working, the cleanliness and organization of the establishment, the willingness to SERVE the customer rather than process them without sincerity and enthusiasm, the product selection, quality and price. If I were still working, rather than being retired, there are numerous customer service associates at 180 Vape that have impressed me on each and every visit to the point that I would ask them what wage it would take to gain their services inside my business and taking care of my customers.
If you want all this ....................it's an easy choice................head to either location of 180 Vape in Lubbock, Texas. I don't tend to give a 5 star rating to very many businesses nor business employees. However, if there was a way to give a 6 on the scale of 1-5...........180 Vape and the staff would garner that grade from me.
