I purchased a vape from your store on Friday evening for approximately $30. After using it normally for two days, the battery died on Sunday night. When I plugged it in to charge, the screen became pixelated within minutes and the device stopped functioning entirely. Prior to charging, the vape was working, so this failure was both sudden and unexpected. When I returned to the store after work to explain the situation, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior from the staff. Instead of offering assistance or a solution, I was told that they did not know what I "did" to cause the vape to stop working. I found this response both insulting and unprofessional, especially considering the product failed after only two days of normal use. At this point, I am not even requesting a refund. I am simply asking for a reasonable resolution--an exchange for a functioning vape. It is unacceptable for a product to fail this quickly and for a paying customer to be treated with disrespect when seeking help.
