Bought a 60mL e-liquid. An hour later I realize I was given the wrong flavour. I tried to exchange with the product unopened (has a plastic sealed cap that was still attached) and I my exchange was not accepted. The service rep claims that I had not been given the wrong one (because he knows better than I about what I wanted) but there was a miscommunication between us. Walking into the store it has a very open feeling. That's about the only good thing about this store, when I went in there I was greeted very rudely by a cashier. I had then taken a look around the store to see what they are selling, they seem to only be selling cheep starter kits and the best thing I saw in the display was a 25 w device they have any thing for experienced vapers I didn't see a single rda on display. But I was there mainly to try out some of there juice, and that was kinda silly how they made you do it they had like 15 flavours to choose from I asked to try some and they asked for my id and said I had to take the tanks outside to test and leave my id behind. after trying some I headed back inside they were sub par juices I tried some from there premium line and they were all kinda cruddy but I didn't feel like having to drive to another vape shop so I decided to buy two juices for pretty bad juice they were expensive coming to 45 $ for one premium juice and one regular so I left and was busy for the night so I didn't really get to try the juices in my rda. When I got home and started using them one called berry blast (the premium juice) tasted like window cleaner and the other one called island breeze tasted like wood but I was out of juice so I used the wood tasting one I tried building a new coil and re wicking it to see if that would make a difference on the taste. It didn't. But after a few hours of using this juice it completely clogged up my rda my brand new coils and wick were this dark dark brown colour but the juice it self was like a clear yellow. I then feeling fed up called them up barley being able to hear them over the chatter on the phone I told them what was happening they said the berry blast just tasted like that and that I can stop buy there shop if I want to get some new juice. I will go today or tomorrow to take them up on that offer I'll write a second review on what happens and how this juice is. So far my opinion is this place is just bad news for the vaping community being rude offering nothing but starter kits and just having really bad juice. Oh I did forget to mention they only sell there own home made juice there so they aren't helping anyone and this just means less flavours for you and me. Okay so after going there I noticed they do have a few higher end vapes. Once I got there I waited in line and eventually talked with the person I talked to on the phone she came off a little rude at some points but was overall okay. I told her about my problem with the juice and basically said if I share there thing on face book I can get a free 10 ml bottle to add to the window cleaner flavoured juice I was pretty pissed off but did it against my better judgement. I got the 10 ml of this other juice and I told her about the island breeze juice and how it turned my rda nearly black I even showed her and she said that happens I told her this was after just wicking and cleaning the coil and she said this just happens I see it all the time and I didn't want to fight with her so I just took my juice and left pretty pissed off, what bad customer service if something is wrong with your product you should attempt to do an exchange or something offering a juice to add to your defective juice is just stupid.
