There selection of tile is enormous. There is marble, porcelain, simulated wood, stone, subway and so much more. The tile is on display throughout the store. To help you see how your tile selection will look you can walk through full size bathroom, kitchen and outdoor displays. The Tile Store is a one stop shop for everything tile related. Grout, quality thin set, sealers, trowels, soap holders, backer board and on and on. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable. And there are plenty of them. True southern hospitality. My experience goes like this. My wife and I spent about an hour deciding on the style of stone tile we wanted. The staff informed us how the installers could do the best job. The tile was delivered hassle free and right on time. Our stone was delivered with corners cut from the same lot numbers as the larger tiles, but we were not satisfied with the look. They happily reordered a second set of corners , but we were still unsatisfied. The Tile Store was so gracious. They exchanged all the stone tiles for a different tile and we even got money back. That was our second experience with The Tile Shop. Last year they helped us create a beautiful backsplash in our kitchen. There pricing is very competitive. The service is fantastic. The selection is huge. They will treat you like a good friend.
