The Tuna Tataki was seared to perfection with the right amount of seasoning and topped with daikon/sauce. The Steak was done medium rare with a variety of sautéed mushrooms including shiitake. It was plated with a nice delicate sauce with cubed gelatin flavored with shiitake mushroom dashi, mirin, shoyu and sake. Chef Alek served us his soft and tasty Homemade bread with a marinated broccoli spread. Executive Chef Alek's creations are so tasty. We ended the dinner with shot of Yamasaki Whiskey which won a world title as best in class and Sweet Umeshu. It was an excellent meal and we felt at home with the friendly staff and owner.
