I've always relied on friends and family to help me move but this time I knew movers was the way to go. I reached out to several companies and Jeremy quickly provided a thorough response with clear pricing. The day of the move he kept me posted on his ETA and I was surprised at how quickly him and his partner, Akeem, were able to break down my bedroom furniture and load the truck to head to my new home. Once at the new location, Jeremy put together my furniture while Akeem kept unloading the truck. It took longer to unload but Jeremy and Akeem were efficient and super patient when it came to mounting my tv stand, tv and headboard. Moving is always tiring and stressful but 17:7 Logistics made it so smooth. I was able to clean and get organized while my stuff was being loaded/unloaded. It would have taken my dad and I forever to do it on our own. After settling in I noticed my tv I just had mounted wouldn't turn on and Jeremy offered to set up time to come troubleshoot. I contacted Jeremy relatively last minute to schedule a Saturday afternoon move, which I'm sure is the most in-demand time period. Even though he already had a job scheduled early that day, he still agreed to swing by afterward at my behest. He was upfront about all costs and honest about the potential scheduling conflict, which was definitely a huge plus in my book. When he arrived, the two of them were incredibly efficient at moving several large items from my 2nd floor apt, including a fridge. What I had thought might take 2+ hours ended up being complete in 1. They even wrapped my mattress to keep it clean and handled everything with zero damage or scratches despite having to navigate a narrow stairway. With less than 15 items to move it was difficult to find a company that doesn't have a 3 hour minimum. Jeremy was kind enough to offer his service at such a reasonable cost. 5/5 here is my honest review: I contacted Jeremy on 10/5 via phone call and text message. He gave me a call back same day and gave me a run down of his services. It sounded almost too good to be true, but it was all true. No hidden fees, no price gouging like other companies I called and read reviews for. I messaged him my info same day (to and from address, day and time I preferred) and he confirmed. On 10/14 we followed up to confirm my date and time of 10/16. On 10/16 he let me know when he was coming. He called when arrived and we got started right away. I showed him what needed to be moved and they jumped in. It appeared super fast and easy. I have heavy furniture but Jeremy is very strong and carried it out like it was nothing! We got everything to the new place and they unloaded even faster than they loaded it up. Afterwards, I was able to pay via Venmo which was convenient. The price was exactly as I expected since our first phone call. Nothing was damaged in the process. Jeremy and his team are INCREDIBLE! To say the very least. I used Jeremy twice this past week. Once to pick up some furniture and deliver it to my place and the other for moving/tv mounting. Wow - Jeremy and his teammate, Akeem, completely exceeded my expectations. Moving is incredibly stressful and Jeremy was so responsive to my emails / texts regarding my move (response time was minutes). I moved from Venice to Silverlake and total move time+drive was ~3.5 hrs ...crazy fast because they were efficient, fast, and still took time to carefully wrap and move things. I am SO happy I chose 17:7 Logistics for my move!! I have moved a lot and this was SO smooth. They are so professional, friendly, polite, and efficient! Great prices! No hidden costs!! They are really nice and a big bonus for me is that they are Flexible with making the move work, as they also have tools and know how to use them when it came to disassembling and reassembling some non standard furniture builds as well as mounting my tv. As it turned out, completely my error, I did not have the right tv mount on moving day, and they CAME BACK when I had delivered the proper mount and put it up for me at no extra. Great prices! I used 17:7 Logistics back in May for a move and had a great experience so much that I wanted to use them again for a move I had scheduled for today 9/2/22. I confirmed with Jeremy the owner on 08/27/22 and we were confirmed for 9am today 09/2/22. Jeremy tried calling me last night to confirm again at 11:15pm and ended up canceling our move today because he didn't not hear from me at 11:15pm the night prior. Unfortunately my original move with him was a one time great experience and he has now caused me to lose out on a day of work and spend more money finding movers who were able to do a same day. I don't recommend using this company unless you are comfortable with a same day cancellation. Easily the most unprofessional experience I've had with a mover. read more
