(Will not mention by name here in a public forum, but a complaint will be filed with the school in the morning.) Instructor was very rude, disrespectful, made my daughter very uncomfortable. I would think, an instructor with an adult maturity level, would be understanding and supportive. Instead of immediately criticizing a new driver here to learn, by sternly asking things like "do you have a medical condition? Are you deaf?" and "are you still asleep? Still half-awake?". So condescending and berating right off the bat, that she was distraught and nervous and probably led to some mistakes. Like not noticing a pothole in the road and getting yelled at for it. So overall, a humiliating experience from an instructor who I would think, would have experience and empathy working with young drivers. Being paired with this instructor would not only be a horrible learning experience, but the demeanor towards students is distracting, and could lead to unsafe driving situations, endangering not only the student/instructor, but endangering other drivers as well. I would not feel safe with my teen in a car with this instructor. This is frustrating, as this is her third driving session with the school, and her previous two sessions were with very helpful, very friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable instructors.

PLUS Pretest and State Roads Skills Exam Retest if needed. 6 hours of Defensive Driving class Unlimited Classroom (10 hours min) All of that was worth the price tag to me. I am not a good driving instructor for my son, so those 8 hours spent with actual instructors was a blessing! Today he passed the driving test portion! He passed the written and driving first try! My son reported to me that he LIKED the owner Don and that Don kids around/teases a bit to make things not so tense, so maybe that's why some students didn't like him? Whatever the reason we had no complaints and I highly recommend!

It's almost like he takes joy in humiliating these kids. His wife isn't much better. They clearly have no business working with teenagers. The true anomaly in all of this is their son. He was very friendly and encouraging to the students. He obviously didn't learn this from his parents. He really is the only bright light in this particular business. I'd highly recommend going anywhere but here.
