Dear 151 Coffee Management, I am writing to express a very serious and upsetting complaint regarding a drink I purchased from your location at [131 S Denton Tap Rd Coppell, TX 75019] to enjoy the 50% off drink special at around 11:30 A.M on Wednesday December 10th I ordered an iced cinnamon dolce and was deeply disturbed to find a dead bee inside my beverage after I had already begun drinking it, more than half. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises immediate concerns about your establishment's hygiene and quality control practices. Discovering an insect in my drink was extremely distressing and has completely ruined my perception of your business. As a paying customer, I expect the drinks served to be safe, clean, and free from contaminants. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately given the severity of this hygiene lapse. I agree with some of the other reviews, 151 is a definite refreshing experience from the typical Starbucks or Dunkin. The staff here is super friendly, drive through is super convenient, and bonus points for the large size actually being large! I tried the iced cinnamon dolce latte, and it was good, but not nearly sweet enough for me. Next time I'll ask for extra flavoring! Nonetheless they have a great selection of options on the menu. 151 is worth a stop!! read more

I have never seen this place before and they have seven locations. After picking up a few items from Sprouts, I pulled in the parking lot to check them out. I can't remember the young man's name but he explained the drink options and to my surprise, they offer sugar free drinks. I have never ordered a sugar free coffee before so I wanted to try one. If you can't decide on a flavor or want to combine a few, there is no charge. I'm sure this is for all the drinks but ask before ordering. I purchased the caramel macchiato and it was delicious. I honestly thought it would be horrible. I will be on the lookout for other locations to support. This is their newest location and I think they have only been open for a month of or two. For those of you that aren't coffee drinkers or want something different, they have smoothies made with real fruit, Italian sodas, shakes, energy drinks, etc. Many options for the entire family. I'm not sure if this is the norm at all locations but the young man that assisted me was standing next to the drive thru menu to greet and answer questions. I think it's a great idea. The coffee is usually great, except for when the barista forget to mix in the sweetener and you have to drive back in rush hour traffic to get your coffee corrected. The ambiance is energizing and fun. The team is always friendly. There's a seating area, the music is very diverse. The team is always friendly . The wait is minimal. The menu can be a little intimidating with all of the flavors, but they've crafted a few popular drinks to help ease the decision making process. Holy mother of caffeinated goodness! This place has what you need when it comes to getting your java fix. Myself and a running bud came over here post run to refuel and got what we needed. There is no food but a vast variety on the menu. Whether it is hot/iced tea, coffee (black or made in another way), lattes smoothies or decadent dessert style shakes you are craving. I ordered the frozen horchata with a shot of espresso. HEAVEN! The ice was so smooth and the horchata was wonderfully flavorful especially with the added booster. This particular location does not have a sit down and enjoy inside area though. So come ready to pick up your fix and/or do the drive thru. What a cute coffee spot! This was the first time going here this morning and I was blown away by the customer service and quality of coffee! Upon entering the drive through I was greeted by a very nice & courteous gentleman. I mentioned that it was indeed my first time and the gentleman provided great recommendations on their nitro brew & also offered a paper menu if the drive thru one was too far away... how nice! The employees here genuinely seem happy to be at work & that speaks volumes! The quality of their drinks is absolutely insane! Coffee tastes good enough, but it's never hot. I've always got the Americano, and it's always ready right when I get to the door/window..which leads me to believe it's not fresh. I think they call the cup of coffee an Americano to justify the steep price for a medium cup. Not going back. Plenty of better options around town. read more
