All of the coaches there from the jiu-jitsu coaches, boxing coach, Muay Thai coach they're all great and very helpful if you ask. I would highly recommend going here. It's $160 a month for unlimited classes. It's totally worth it in my opinion if you're a fan of mixed martial arts, gyms don't get much better than this. I really don't see what they could do much better than what they already have so John, good job, and I look forward to meeting you in the future.

The owners, staff, coaches, even other members genuinely care about each other and every person that walks in the front door, no matter your age, size, fitness or skill level. They are versatile, with a variety of classes for kids and adults, encouraging, positive, friendly, and welcoming. Personally, I have had some challenges since becoming a member that I could not have gotten through without them.
