When I reached out to Tracey-Ann, Martin got in touch with me right away. I learned very quickly you need to know what is important to you and what will make your wedding day special and what would make it an absolute drag, because photographers have their own shooting style. From the beginning I knew they were a perfect match for me because I love candid shots, but don't get me wrong there was also some good pose coaching throughout our shoot. It was important to me that my photographer blend into my wedding and capture the moments more so than posing me for shots all the time. They respected my wishes. They were also so sweet, kind, and fun... you cannot help but love  them. I was an out of town bride and they checked out our sites in advance and even  accommodated meeting us 2 days prior to the wedding day to chat and walk through everything. On the day of, they were prompt and in action mode. They rolled with the punches and made me feel very relaxed. They went inbetween my room and my husband's getting all the getting ready shots. We did the first look and they coordinated everything which I really appreciated. They were ninja like during the ceremony and organized during the family photo session. During the reception, they were everywhere and no where at the same time. Anytime I needed them they were right there but I never felt like they prevented me from having fun. They were absolutly amazing. I cannot say enough. Also, the online gallery was up promptly. Tip: if you've got the money or will have it, get the package with the album. They are gorgeous. I didn't and I'm totally regretting that decision. I will most definitely be ordering one later. These albums are so heavy duty and beautifully made. Wayyyyyyyyy better than you can imagine and a higher quality than any photo of the album can insinuate. In conclusion, I'll hire them again for any of my photography needs because not only are they an excellent and talented team but absolutly wonderful humans that truly care about you and your wants and needs.

I cannot recommend this company as a wedding videographer based on my experience…read more I was recently informed that the raw footage from my entire wedding day is no longer recoverable. These are irreplaceable memories from one of the most important days of my life, so this has been incredibly upsetting and disappointing. I understand that I was given 30 days to download and save my raw footage. However, the issue is that this was an enormous amount of video footage and a significant amount of storage. Downloading and properly saving everything was not a simple process. I attempted to do it myself and quickly realized how difficult and overwhelming it was. Because of this, I contacted the company soon after receiving the footage and specifically asked if there was another way they could send or provide the videos because I was having such a difficult time downloading everything. Instead of providing a more practical solution, I was given recommendations for how to download the files myself. Unfortunately, those recommendations did not work for me. What is especially frustrating is that I never received any follow-up to ask whether I had actually been successful in downloading and saving my footage before the 30-day period ended. The footage was eventually erased. I was told that the company deletes the footage because storing that amount of video for all of their customers is too much for them. I understand that storage is expensive and that they have a retention policy. However, that explanation makes the situation even more frustrating. If the amount of footage is too much for the company to store, how is it reasonable to expect one customer to easily download, store, and properly back up all of that footage on their own? I paid for my wedding videography, and after receiving the footage, I was essentially left to figure out how to download and preserve an enormous amount of data by myself. It was too much to simply save onto my phone or computer, and I even purchased a flash drive specifically because I was trying to preserve these memories. I genuinely believed I had saved everything correctly. I fully acknowledge that I ultimately had a responsibility to back up my files. However, I also believe the company should have a better system for delivering and preserving such a large amount of irreplaceable footage. If the files are too large for the company to reasonably retain, there should be a clearer and more manageable way for customers to receive and archive them, rather than expecting one person to navigate a complicated download process entirely on their own. Unfortunately, this experience was already disappointing before the raw footage was lost. Before my wedding, I spent time completing forms and answering detailed questions about what I wanted in my highlight video. I provided examples and links showing the style and content I was hoping for. When I received the final highlight video, it was not what I had envisioned based on everything I had submitted. I expressed my concerns and was told that the editors did not have enough footage to redo the video or make it longer. At the time, I was especially frustrated by that response because I knew there was raw footage from my entire wedding day. After going back and forth and expressing my concerns multiple times, I eventually gave up and accepted the highlight video even though I was unhappy with it. Now, I have been told that the raw footage from my entire wedding day is gone and cannot be recovered. What has been most upsetting throughout this entire situation is the lack of communication, conflicting information, and lack of meaningful resolution. I was initially told that recovering the footage would be possible for a fee. After I tried to negotiate that price, I was then told that the footage was suddenly no longer recoverable. I have expressed my concerns multiple times, and after everything, I am left without the raw footage from my wedding day and essentially received an apology. I have not been offered a refund, meaningful compensation, or even a reduction in the cost of the other footage that they say may still be recoverable. I understand the six-month retention policy and that I should have made sure my files were properly backed up. But I also believe that when a company is entrusted with capturing irreplaceable wedding memories, the way they communicate with and support their customers matters tremendously. My wedding day cannot be recreated, and neither can the memories contained in those videos. I sincerely wish I had chosen a different videographer, and based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to couples looking for someone to preserve such an important day.

Because I won't give them that. But if you have another option. Seriously go for it. We ended up canceling our photographer and they are refusing to give us a refund. I am at a loss. My daughter's wedding package included an engagement photo shoot. The day of the photo shoot was overcast and rainy. I thought they would have rescheduled. They did not, and the photos were amazing. My daughter and her fiancé looked amazing. Rosina was off to a good start. My daughter is strong-willed and knows what she wants. She is not afraid to communicate what she wants. She spent a great deal of time with Rosina by phone, email and text communicating her wishes for her wedding shots. - Now here is what is important - Rosina listened. We met with Rosina a few times before the wedding and had a few phone calls as well. On the day of the wedding, Rosina knew what we (my daughter) wanted and we knew where we had to be to get the best shots. To say that Rosina delivered would be an understatement. Now like most Father of the Brides, I wanted to have a good time at the wedding, and I did, but I took the time to get some of my own photos as well. . . just in case. I did not need to. Rosina took amazing photos. Unlike many photographers who seem to be in the way or distracting, I did not seem to notice Rosina at all, unless I was looking for her. She gave us more time than we expected, showing up early and staying late, and she gave us more photos than we expected - about 2,600! This woman waded through ponds and water for the engagement shots and lay on the floor to get some perfect shots and angles of the ceremony. She was thorough without getting in the way. Two days after the wedding, my daughter started seeing photos and previews that Rosina had posted on her website, within just a couple of weeks, 2,600 photos, all high quality, were made available. We really got more than we hoped for with Rosina. In summary, I know this is a long post. I hope it accomplishes two things: First, if you are considering Rosina for your photography needs, I hope this review puts your mind at ease - she is great. Second, this is my "thank you" to Rosina. Julia was always quick to respond when I had questions and was a pleasure to meet in person. She takes great care in editing all of the photos so there isn't a speedy turnaround time but it was well worth the wait. A friend of mine was married around the same time as us and used a different photographer with her photos ready the next day but the quality of photos was incomparable.
