Also they only had one other customer. The lady that began to change my polish was nice enough, I asked to to have the acrylic thinned on my nails. So during that process, with a Dremmel tool, she cut my cuticle. She said sorry and then kept going. Once done with the tool just put it in a box. Didn't clean the tool she cut me with and then used an old buffer that wasn't sanitary either. The final straw was using cuticle oil that is most assuredly contaminated now with my blood on all of my fingers and put it back in the pot. I went and washed my hands and told her that I wasn't ok with her cutting me as well as not sanitizing anything she just used. So I walked out and will never return. I work at a nearby hotel that I will tell our guests NEVER GO TO EXCELLENT NAILS.

She also preferred Venmo payment and suggested we say it was for something "like groceries" so she didn't have to pay taxes on it. I ended up having two fabulous bridesmaids fix my hair while we were getting ready, and was frustrated that both the bride and mother-of-the bride (who was charged full price for adding ONE Bobby pin to her shoulder length Bob) didn't feel beautiful when leaving this salon.
