I had the carbonara (PERFECT!) and my husband had the Fritto Misto. The servings were generous and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. In fairness, I have never been to Corsica and therefore you really should completely ignore this review - but somehow I have stumbled into my second Corsican restaurant in France in two days and have found exactly the same thing in both... Only crappy thing is that it's served at above body temperature - causing me to nearly blow in it to cool it down. The charcuterie plate is 14 euros for a small, and, well frankly a little underwhelming array of three meats - a few bits each and some bread. But it's okay and my hunger has ebbed somewhat. The meats are fine (not explained) - a little dry and tough little pigs generally, but acceptable. I don't thing I will go a main dish, or another glass of red served at breast milk temperature, I will explore this town some more...
