This was what I was told would be a "sober living" after leaving my residential program. All in all this is my first time in treatment. When I left residential I was told this program offers dual diagnosis. I struggle with mental health, addiction, and eating disorders. I was unfortunately lied to about how great this program is the first nutritionist class was a woman named Lola, who is not a nutritionist or a dietitian. She is just a health coach. She basically would tell everyone what they were doing wrong when it came to eating, causing everybody to backtrack on their confidence along with creating or prolonging others eating disorders because of the misinformation she was giving. Along with that this place constantly claims that you will be kicked out or put on blackout or earned some type of consequences when you relapse that is not the case I myself smoked marijuana here for over six months and was told an approximate 3 to 4 times that I was on my final warning, but again I smoked for six months. I did not have my phone taken away. I had no repercussions nothing and honestly, it was a joke to some some being, Staff. I've read reviews about body brokering here and yes, it is 100% true the moment someone calls our insurance and tells on this place that's when they'll be shut down but don't worry I'm sure that will happen here soon. The pictures they have on here is nothing what it looks like there's two buildings one is 12South and one is seek. They are both owned by the same people but again money is the main concern here along with that the housing is also owned by a third company called living solutions that is owned by the same place because again money is the only main concern. I will say though if you need free rent this is the place, they don't require you to have a job for rent, they don't require anything for rent they will just have you write out a note saying it's a hardship and that is how the clients (all) live rent free here. Staff choose his favorites here hundred percent , and any HIPAA violations will go right out the window. All clients know all the other client's business not only because other clients talking, but mainly because of staff running their mouth to clients that they favor. One of the owners, Jeff, he hides in his office most of the time and has all of his little minions do his dirty work. A bunch of con artist run this place and you know exactly what kind of help you will get the moment you see this place and talk with the staff. Medications that are prescribed yes some are legit and then some are put together by Staff and a label is thrown on the bottle with a label maker the medications they are using to give other clients are discontinued, meds, or meds that were refused by other clients in the house houses and then Staff gather them in a giant bag from when the audit comes and they run around with their heads cut off. The EMDR therapist as well as Matt the therapist on the 12South side and the facilitator Miss Keisha along with maybe 2 techs actually really do genuinely care about you and want to see you get the help you need, but again there's only so much these people can do and you know they themselves see the wrong that is happening at this place. Luckily, I am aware enough and coherent enough to see the injustice and the disgusting inhumane treatment happening at this establishment. If you want your family member a loved one or yourself to get genuine help, to live a life you've always deserved and to learn to love yourself again I highly recommend NOT going here. Also this place has a history of staff creating sexual relationships with clients: a case manager had left due to having relations with his client and recently another case manager was fired for having sexual relationships with clients. They do not provide life skills or any thing to help you in the real world. They also just opened up a higher level of care mental health housing called legends cause again the theme with this place is their concern is money what they do is they take clients that I know factually have been there more than two years they go through the cycle of relapse, sending them to higher level of care for their mental health, keeping them on lithium gabapentin to create zombies and make them sleep to not progress and they take these people they don't teach them anything and they leave them in the system constantly using them for their insurance money and again these people are highly unaware because they need a higher level of care Not a place ran by previous con artist that are still doing con artist tendencies. Run far far away from this place and thank me later. read more

Where do I begin. The living space for the women is terrible. I had the experience of living in the back house. There is no overnight staff, meaning if you need meds in the middle of the night you are screwed. The last overnight staff they had went into psychosis and left mid shift. There is a chore list but there are no repercussions if you don't do them. There are women there that are not fit for communal living and would do much better in a psych ward. My food was constantly being stolen, it became so often they refused to compensate. It's basically a glorified trap house without the drugs. Couch stained and floors filthy. Broken chairs and a barely working kitchen sink. For several weeks the fridge was broken so I bought my own mini fridge. One of clients brought cocaine in to the house and they let her back into the sober living two times. You are told if you do drugs you are kicked out immediately which simply isn't the case. A client relapsed and went back to php for a week, the only consequences she faced. This in itself almost made me relapse. The whole time I was there (June - October) about 3 - 5 staff members left for either relapsing, not doing their job or hating their job. I do not know much about insurance, but I am pretty sure what they are doing is illegal as it was discussed among clients all the time. Something about "body brokering." In the pictures what you see is only one building of 12 south. I was placed in the second. Piss yellow walls with stained brown carpets. The counselors with the exception of three ( shoutout to Mrs. K, Bryant and Christian) are unprofessional or clearly just there for a paycheck. There is fraternizing between the staff and the clients. One of the clients were sexually harassing several women and they kept him in the program. The content of the groups are poor and I genuinely think after being there my mental health worsened. The only thing good that came out of coming here is that it was so awful I would never come back to another rehab again. read more

This is my first time seeking treatment for mental health, I was referred here by my in-patient residential therapist. It's basically a level down from care. It took me about a week to adjust to schedule and everything while my anxiety was high from environment change. Once I adjusted to the schedule and staff, plus getting to know people. Everyone has been kind and helpful and I hope they continue to improve on their housing and processes for everyone. The classes were helpful and I will say as long as you participate and really take it seriously like your life depends on it (since it does for most), then you should do fine here. It does get hard to leave when getting to know everyone for past couple months and I hope everyone does well! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. This place does not provide the services needed to recover. They just want your insurance money. And when they realize you will not continue with them they kick you out. Gave three hours notice without cause "in the middle of the night" to my child - bags in the street and ORANGE COUNTY police threatening with fabricated discharge papers. if you are looking to compound PTSD and trauma - this is your place! A real racket. Tyler R. is the head henchman carrying out this order at the direction of the owner. @BCBS needs to investigate and audit this organization. I know I will be initiating an insurance fraud investigation with BCBS. Hitting up an insurance company for 18K a month and then kickIng out unsuspecting patients trying to recover before contract without cause because you want to put someone else in that bed. This organization should be closed and the owner trolls reviews getting folks to retract. Still no discharge papers so they can keep insurance money FOR THE MONTH although telling police they will give up the proceeds. Videos and police reports will be posted publicly. This place kicked me out the day I found out I had Covid, with no place to go, and being I'm from another place I was stuck sleeping in my car until I found a place to go. They packed up all my belongings and in the process things were lost and stolen. I was told they would be replaced or I would be paid back and several months later they stopped responding to my messages completely. Being that 12 South was my first and i Pray ONLY sober living i had ever been to. I do not have anything to compare it to. The clinical building and housing are quite decent and well kept for the most part. The owner Mr J. Stickel and his brother Jeff are 2 of the FEW people there who actually genuinely care about addicts, their recovery, and moving forward in life not just about the business and money aspect. The staff try but are really not well equipped to be considered a dual diagnosis facility. There is NO medical staff ( RN, LVN, PSYCH..,etc) on site on a continuous basis ever; the physician you do see is pleasant and by the way he is also your psychiatrist....you see him once a week for all of 5 mins maybe to just be prescribed or taken off meds. The therapist and case managers, again, some try their best but overall need more training in the field. If you want to go to a treatment center that just lets you get a free ride, buys your groceries, and lets you relapse over and over break the rules and receive minor repercussions...then 12 South is the place for you!!! Several people, including myself, were just dropped from the clinical phase of the program just because we did what was asked of us...became self sufficient and gainfully employed full time.....and then eventually basically KICKED OUT/EVICTED from the housing..they even dropped clients off at a Motel 6!! And God forbid you voiced your opinion..I was told by Coo J. MARQUEZ that he didnt want to hear about the mishap with my discharge (discharge with no D/C papers, MD didnt want to write any more scripts for my vital meds, etc...,)because he had been through worse...I didnt know recovery was a competition especially when he didnt even know my story Moving forward...NO..i would not recommend this place for treatment if you are serious about your recovery and transition afterwards because I believe alot of the staff lack morals, good character, and a heart but hey if you need a free roof over your head and free food for a few months...they got you read more

Hi, I just wanted to take a minute to thank 12 South Recovery for saving my life. My whole life was a total wreck and I was super scared of going to treatment. First, thank you to Tj and Sean for calming my nerves. They were the first ones who helped me admit and get settled. I would also like to thank my therapist and case manager for helping me open up and face things head-on for the first time Ever! The therapy was top notch and the staff made you feel like they genuinely cared and rooted for your success. The groups were fresh and thoughtful, I've learned a lot. I've heard it said there is no perfect treatment center anywhere but I think 12 South Recovery has got to be pretty close. I would say to the addict or person struggling with emotional/ mental health, give yourself a chance and call 12 South Recovery today. This place was a nightmare! I have not one nice thing to say about it! Where to begin! Don't believe the bullshit and hype! Their staff are a bunch of people living in sober living. Many times our group leader, and I use the term group jokingly, showed up high! They tell you in admissions that you will be in PHP after two weeks to a month then go down to IOP. This is not what happens! They keep you on PHP as long as your insurance will cover it! The same thing with IOP. I have been here for almost five weeks and am still on PHP! I know people who have been here over 6 months. If you attempt to transfer or leave they tell you you will be leaving on AMA, against medical advice! It has nothing to do with your progress and it outright insurance fraud! You never have any idea what the schedule is. It changes daily and even hourly depending who shows up to work! The women had art therapy three hours every Monday! I learned no coping skills and was constantly stressed out. The drivers are constantly on their phones and the van rides are terrifying! Not only is the staff high so are the residents who repeatedly flunk their urine tests. They only finally get rid of them when they get so bad and dangerous to others for liability purposes. I was very I'll one day and was told if I did not go to group they would throw me out in the street. They don't get paid for the day if you don't go to clinical. Clinical is a joke. When they don't have staff members we would end up watching a movie. In more then one group we were told to just do what we wanted and the staff would say we had made breakthrough's. There are different rules for different people! The men can go home, grab their vehicle and come back. When I had to go home I was told I wasn't allowed to and would be written up as leaving, AMA. If your sober when you get here, good luck staying that way! Their is no physical or relaxing therapy. They have a woman show up once a week for 45 minutes who does meditation and Yoga which is done in front of everyone in the group! I have been sleep deprived the entire time I was here. My roomate had her alarm going off starting t 4:30 am. It would go off every half hour. She never heard it. She also played very loud music from the time she got up finally to 2:30 a.m. she would also lock me out of the bathroom. Constantly touch and move my things, refuse to clean, and take up three quarters of the room with her things. When I told staff they did nothing! If you really need help this is not the place for you. read more

The overwhelming majority of clients who come to 12 South Recovery are referrals from affiliated treatment centers-myself included. I came to 12 South after having completed five weeks of PHP at a reputable rehab with locations nation-wide, all of which regularly refer clients to this treatment center for their IOP level of care. 12 South neglects the individual needs and appropriate treatment paths of clients right from the beginning. After my interview with admissions, as I was nearing the end of five weeks in a PHP level of care, I was promised two weeks of additional PHP time at their facility before I could step down to the intended IOP level of care. I figured it was no big deal. However, it turns out that the housing is located in Santa Ana, about a fifteen minute drive from their clinical facility. The male housing is filthy; there are flies everywhere and homeless people digging in the dumpster constantly. I made it through the two weeks of PHP only to be told that I was required to do a total of five weeks in addition to the five weeks I had already spent at the other facility. This was despite the fact that my case manager and therapist were in agreement that it was appropriate for me to have been admitted directly to IOP. This is a tactic known as "insurance-milking." As long as one's insurance provider is willing to cover the cost of the care, the treatment center will ensure that it bills for the maximum days allotted so that, in effect, maximum profits are made despite the needs of the client. I learned of this tactic through contacting other treatment centers and they would not accept me because 12 South had already put such a burden on my insurance and also because my case manager refused to assist me in transitioning elsewhere, stating that it would be "against medical advice" even though I had been advised to be in IOP from the beginning-that was the entire point of going to 12 South, to "transition to IOP." In effect, I was stuck and had no choice but to rough out the five additional weeks-totaling 10 weeks of PHP time. The groups are largely detrimental and unproductive at this facility. Groups seldom start on time and it takes everyone fifteen minutes every morning just to figure out the schedule. 12 South offers treatment for mental health and substance abuse yet it completely neglects the needs of its mental health clients. Individual therapy is paramount to progress, yet there is only one therapist who sees clients face-to-face on a consistent basis. Most clients meet with a therapist once a week via zoom or phone due to covid-19 precautions, even though CDC guidelines and measures are not enforced. This treatment center experienced a major covid outbreak earlier in the year right before my arrival. To reiterate, 12 South is a total disgrace when it comes to meeting the needs of its mental health clients. It is absolutely infuriating to see people in this program struggle and receive no help except to be sent back to the very facility that referred them here in the first place. The atmosphere at this treatment center is quite turbulent. There is a high turnover of staff and clients; expect to have at least one therapist change if you do decide to come here. Clinical staff is regularly overheard gossiping and saying negative things about clients. Case managers often step in to lead groups because there are no long-term, stable facilitators or therapists. Groups do not seem very planned. Rather, they are spur of the moment and contain zero application to life.12 South is not the place to go if you want to achieve sobriety. Rather, it's the place to go if you want to use drugs and be able to get away with it. Urinalyses are conducted twice a week yet many clients are able to get away with using substances with zero repercussions. It seems that this facility chooses to be willfully ignorant of issues. This is a business first and foremost. Do not go here if you are serious about your life. Edit: I posted the same review on this company's Google page. Shortly afterwards, an employee posted a glowing review of his previous experience as a client. This is a conflict of interest and a ploy to combat the bad ratings that they have incurred over the last two years. My review was removed for disclosing that the author of said review is an employee. The company is also employing fake reviews to bolster its reputation. I am still a client here and am nearing the end of my stay. The difference in how I am being treated is astounding. read more

I spent three months at 12 south working toward my recovery. I had never been in treatment before and this program really opened up my eyes to the possibilities that come along with sobriety. Their clinical staff has some of the most caring and genuine people you can find and they really strive to help you better your life. The sober living houses associated with 12 south were much better than expected. Although I didn't live there for the entire duration of my treatment, when I did it felt as if I was staying in my own home where I belonged. PLEASE READ!! First of all I would like to say that I have been harrassed for the last week because of this review that I am entitled too. I have been demanded to take it down by a staff member who I thought was a friend that worked there. He recently just bought into the business and called me after I posted this review which is posted below. Kyle has called me several times begging and pleading for me to take it down. I told him respectfully that i have a right to say my experience and what happened during my stay. He said I was hurting alot of people who cared for me. But these are the same people who did nothing to fight for me when I was getting kicked out. Here was experience at 12 South. This is honestly the worst place I have ever been too. The owners are completely stingy the clinical building is very small and they always try to be a capacity when they can't even take care of all the clients effectively and efficiency as well as be able to care for them on a personal level. 12 South is a horrible place to go to if you are looking for a free place to stay free food to eat that comes from a food pantry and want to get by or relapse over and over again and never get in trouble then 12 South is a place for you. This place slash the owners only care about money. They promised you all these exciting fun things you can do in recovery but in general all you do is go to the park and play the same kickball and volleyball over and over again and that's it. At first when I got there it was a good program there weren't that many clients it was actually one-on-one attention but when they kept adding more clients it just got 2 much for them and they were basically free-balling it trying to make the best of it. From hearing the owners story his goal was to create a rehab IOP and a year and by the looks of it he did a pretty good job but the place still needs a lot of work. If you're serious about your recovery and want to actually get help I would stay clear away from this place. Individual sessions due to the amount of clients and limited therapist there are usually only 20 to 30 minutes long. You meet with a case manager once a week but I only met with my case manager three times out of the six months I've been there. Bus stop there need training and a lot more effort and care. Lewis the operational manager basically he is the bosses henchman and he does all the dirty work like kicking people out when the boss bosses have don't have the balls to tell you why you're getting kicked out or why you have to leave the program. I have heard horror stories about this place and totally not advise it I've been there as well as a client and while I was there there have been three deaths from people overdosing once they got kicked out as well as people getting raped and nothing being done about it basically because it was a he-said-she-said and there wasn't a staff member to witness it so all in all stay clear of this place. It has also came to my attention while calling my insurance company that this place has many lawsuits that they are fighting and kept under rap. But doing a little research who can find what the lawsuits are. Many of them are saying that insurance companies believe this place is a joke and are not a accredited despite the many times we were told they are. All in all you have the right to pick what rehab you want to go to. Do you want 5o go to a program were you can let away with anything or actually go to a program where they care about your well being and actually hold you accountable. The choice is yours. read more

Let me start by saying 12 South was exactly what I needed. I came in working on myself while also attending college and it saved my life. The staff and facility are structured with rules and activities so it doesn't just feel like its a hospital setting. The family program was extremely strong as well and after a few sessions with family the relationship was mended stronger than it ever has been. *PLEASE READ* I don't know where to begin. From the moment, I was connected to 12 South, the team was their with me every step of the way. I am in recovery, and struggle with dual diagnosis and substance abuse. I have been to 15+ detoxes, resisdentials, and sober livings. 12 south gave me my life back. The comfortable , and modern ammeities at the housing site, make it that much easier for a new person coming into a new place. The therapists, case managers, groups, changed my life. Unfortunately , substance abuse has been an ongoing challenge in my life. I was often doomed the "hopeless case", and no matter what place I went through- I never succeeded. But every thing changed when I entered this program. From the start , to doing my intake with T.j from the admissions department, my entire journey was coupled with non stop support, coping skills, and nothing short of positive direction. Group facilitators such as Sean, and my therapist Ben - along with program groups truly changed my life. The program itself , not only taught me how to abstain from drugs and alcohol, but life skills. How to build a resume, school planning , finding the root cause , and the real reason of why I used substances to Cope with my negative behaviors. I truly could go on and on, about how wonderful this place is. You meet both owners - the CEO , and C.O.O a minimum two: three times a week. I have never been to a place where , I met the owners. Not even once. 12 south staff truly does care about their clients , and it's not all about filling beds, and tossing you out compared to many other programs out their. 12 South will never ever, throw you out on the street for no reason. Any review that says other wise is completely inaccurate. Today, I am writing this review on 7/21/20.. my one year sobriety date was four days ago, on July 17th. The longest I've ever stayed on the right path. After being to so many places, this was the one program that truly helped a hopeless kid out. They gave me my life back. From the time you are admitted, admissions coordinators, case managers, operations managers , and support staff are with you every single step of the way. Before discharge, 12 south makes it a priority for succession planning , so you are able to continue your after care and success. Many things in my life were almost impossible to get back- I have my families trust back, I am healthy, and in my worst times of life I dreamed to one day be in the position I am now. And 12 South gave that to me. I would rate it a million stars if I was able to- you are always felt safe, Reside in a nice neighborhood, and modern ammenities such as flat screen tvs, new kitchen appliances, a house keeper, laundry room, granite counter tops, newly modeled bathrooms and showers make any body's transition that much easier. I will forever be grateful to Alvin, case manager Sean, my therapist Ben, and Owner Joshua Marquez , and especially Joshua Stickle. They taught me life skills , outside of just "being sober" that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. Their are so many names I am forgetting to thank, but 12 south as a whole gave me my life back. Today I am 1 year sober, and no other place has been able to get through to me and help me like 12 south. I would recommend anybody to come through this program and experience the life changing experience themselves. The program showed me how to also have fun in recovery - we do things like bowling, hiking, barbecuing, kayaking , an endless list of fun activities as a community- and other positive things to do, outside of isolating , being alone - Teaching and learning to enjoy life and learn at the same time while having fun doing it. The professionalism, program, and transitional living as a whole is a truly life changing program. If I can do it, anybody could. I went from drinking listerine mouthwash to stop my shakes , to being a year sober , and enjoy to this day staying connected for alumni testimonies and activities with current clients. 12 South Recovery is top notch in my opinion. After 2 months in an inpatient program and a month in intense outpatient program at a different facility, I still felt I was not ready to move back out on my own just yet. Also, as working professional, it was difficult to find a program that fit my schedule. That's where 12 South stepped up and went above and beyond. Admissions met me after hours to accommodate my work schedule, and they even launched their evening program almost a month early just to help and support me in my recovery. They spitefully booted me out the door onto the street without anywhere to go after I insisted that they facilitate my transfer to what I felt would be a better qualified local treatment center. They (T.J. and Shawn) refused to facilitate my transfer, and in the process they told me I was discharged effective immediately and told to just get out of the building. A shameful display. The antithesis of righteous if you ask me. You don't commit atrocities against your fellow addict like that. "Do onto others..." These individuals don't seem capable of practicing what they preach. They also have drivers on staff, but the drivers rarely ever agree to take anyone out to local meetings. There always seems to be an excuse for why someone isn't going to be doing their job. Not a single formal grievance was ever tended to. Nearly, the entire staff make a routine of dodging their responsibilities, at the clients expense. And all of the "groups" that happen after lunch are ineffectual last minute slapped together "phone-in's" that accomplish virtually nothing, and only stand to waste your health insurance policies funds. An embarrassment of a treatment center. Avoid at all cost. A terrible experience. And a complete waste of time. read more

So I went to this facility last year in a full ride scholarship which as some of you know is very hard to get I can honestly say that 12 south was the best thing that has happened to me , although I had my struggles in treatment the staff was there to provide efficient help when I needed it , if you've ever heard of an open door policy that is exactly what this program is. Anytime I was upset or needed to communicate my frustrations I was able to and I was listened to and given solution. The owners are amazing josh and travis were amazing and very patient, if you want a place with people that truly practice living a program and completely understand where you have been this is the place for you. I will forever be grateful to the staff at 12 south and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful and loving place to go I highly recommend this place and rate it 5 stars !!! read more

Terrible intake process, thank god the place I was at let me stay longer to figure out my next step out, which was monarch shores. Long story short I did my intake on Thursday, insurance was authorized ready to go, however I told them I couldn't come till Monday, which they said was fine. Well Monday comes and they said my insurance wasn't good enough, which is false my friend who was at 12 south said they gave away the rest of the beds that weekend. Jaclyn is very dishonest, I'm just grateful monarch shores let me stay until I could find another place to go. This place very well could be top notch but I got the feeling they are more worried about filling beds then helping people out. read more

My time at 12 South was extremely helpful for my recovery. My case manager was knowledgeable and helpful with any problems I was having and my therapist was insightful and really cared about helping me with positive perspectives of myself and my life. A special thanks to my house managers who were a big part in my stay being so comfortable and the structure they provided and encouraged in the house for my own benefit. 12 South changed my life in the best possible way. They are a smaller group and as such, are able to give personalized care. I always felt like my all my needs were being met everyday. The entire staff is amazing and genuinely cares about your well being. I can't say enough positive things about my time at 12 South. I initially only planned on staying for 30 days but, ended up staying for 90 because I was growing and changing for the better every day I was there. The house manager is invaluable to the staff. She is so amazing that I felt at home everyday at the house I was living at, even though I was far from home. It was especially important when I was sick, and throughout the holidays. I can't say enough positive things about the amazing staff, everyone from intake & the business side, to the counselors (who blew me away by the way they way they me helped work through some major traumas), to the case mangers, and especially the owner. Josh is awesome. He's a Great man with a big heart who really does care about his clients. That's so rare in this field. He built a unique program that I truly love. I also should mention the nutritionist. She's exceptional. She works with you at your own pace and helps you make small changes that you can actually do and doesn't expect you to change everything overnight. She also works with everyone on fitness. She's a ray of sunshine. I must reiterate, I can't say enough positive things about 12 South. They helped me change my life for the better and I will be forever grateful. I was a client at 12 South Recovery for 4 months. I was extremely lucky to be apart of such an incredible program. There are a lot of treatment centers who only care about money and filling beds but 12 South only cares about people getting well. If there was anyone who couldn't afford treatment, what I loved was 12 South would scholarship. When my insurance ran out and I could no longer afford it, they stepped up to the plate and offered to scholarship me for the remainder of my treatment. Not only do they help with addiction and mental health, they also teach life skills. They assisted me in finding a job by helping me with my resume building. They also drove me to job interviews. I had one on one therapy 3 times a week. We went on outings every weekend and always did something fun to keep us excited about Recovery. The admissions process went smooth and I loved the admissions director, Jaclyn. The owner, Josh was always around if anyone needed anything. I felt apart of a family here. I am now over a year sober and forever grateful. It pains me to see any negative reviews of this facility. The staff here pour their heart and souls into helping people. Some people aren't satisfied with anything. What sets them apart from other facilities is they are ethical. I'm constantly hearing about the shady side of rehabs and it's nice to know some places aren't involved in that. read more

To say I'm grateful for 12 South is a vast understatement. It's no secret I've had my fair share of treatment experience and when I say theirs is by far the best it is no exaggeration. I credit this team with giving me the ability to save my own life, and show me what living clean means. Instead of solely teaching me relapse prevention they also included thorough digging into the root of my problem. This was accomplished through one on ones with my therapist every week. In addition I met with my case manager, who assisted me with all trials and tribulations which occurred along the way, and a nutritionist who showed me the importance of taking care of my body and eating a healthy assortment of food. The benefits of these one on one sessions were vital in my success. I went in broken, desperate, hopeless, and unable to imagine life without using. Upon my exit I'm proud to say, whilst I'm still a work in progress, I have confidence, hope, aspirations and a continued willingness to take my recovery one day at a time, for now I see a light in the tunnel which was once dark. To the 12 South team, thank you for helping me get my life back, thank you for showing me love and respect, thank you for believing in me.
