Carolyn, who owns the guest house is very friendly and really cares about the service she offers to her guests.
The guest house is very close to the Haymarket Station and you can easily walk into town from there. It's directly opposite the Modern Aet Gallery, if you are an art lover and it is right on the river so you can take a lovely walk along the river if you wish, and I would recommend it.
They offer a full Scottish breakfast, made fesh and cooked to your liking with the best quality incredients, but there is also cereals and fruits no offer, and quality fresh coffee of tea.
I don't usually give 5 star, but if you are lookinf for a traditional guest house experience, you will not find better in Edinburgh. read more
