The class schedule has a lot of variety like stretching, Pilates, reformer, kickboxing, yoga. There are classes for kids and 65+ only classes. There are classes ranging from 30-75 minutes. They do fun events like Glow and Rave classes. The instructors are kind, helpful, funny, knowledgeable. I have enjoyed meeting new people and making new friends. Love the vibe of this tribe!

If you've never experienced sound healing, this is the place to start. The Floating Sound Bath session was a uniquely "magical" experience--it was held in a pool at sunset. We floated on inflatable rafts and ended the session under the stars. Even though we were on the water, we stayed completely dry the entire time. The combination of the soothing bowls and the gentle drift of the water was unlike anything else. I truly hope she brings this back when the weather warms up! The other two sessions were in her new studio, which is just as tranquil. Every time I go, I hit this near out-of-body state--that sweet spot right before you fall asleep where your mind finally goes quiet. The "after-effects" are where the real value is: Mental Clarity: It felt like a "breaker" in my brain had been flipped and reset. Better Sleep: I slept better that night than I had in weeks. Productivity: The following week, I felt a noticeable shift in my focus at both work and home. The Verdict I walked out feeling light as a feather. Beyond the mental relief, I even found it helped physically--I'd been dealing with persistent tooth pain for over a year, and the resonance provided a level of relief that allowed me to finally chew comfortably on both sides again. I like how they have alternatives if you want to further your stretch. The downfall is that the space is very small and you can comfortably fit 6-8, but this place is so popular they'll max out at 12-14. However, no matter how large or small the class is you still get a great session overall. I recommend showing up 20-30 mins prior to get a good spot.
