Favorite boba place I've been to by far!! They have dairy friendly options which are great for lactose intolerant people like me too!! Very delicious, authentic, not overwhelmingly sweet, very high quality boba, and a diverse menu with loads of toppings options. I wish the portions were bigger for the price you have to pay but it's worth the splurge every now and then. Plus the inside of the store is super cute!! Just had a weird smell but might have just been the last time I went.

My go-to boba spot in Ft Worth!! I recommend coming during off-hours, so there's no wait. They have cute small cups, and the service is always nice. It's one of the few places that offer organic milk in their milk teas and offer one-of-a-kind plant pot milk tea. There is also one small table within the store for dine-in. I got the brown sugar milk tea which is sweet but not overly sweet. The boba was also soft and chewy. I still have yet to try the other flavors...next time...

Visited 1102 boba tea today and ordered my usual large strawberry boba smoothie. Everything was good but I was very disappointed today in the way my drink was not filled all the way up. one of the workers kept on huffing and puffing due to customers and entering the store. Therefore I feel like she wasn't doing her best in preparing well served drinks into the best of her ability.( worker with glasses) repost sorry!

This place is really cute and has great options for drinks; from bobas to Italian sodas. I got a small strawberry and small coffee milk tea w black boba. Both were very very good and flavorful but the reason I'm giving the three stars is because they forgot to add the black boba... womp. That's the whole reason I came! Was for those yummy little treats in my drink. I got them to go so I didn't even notice until I got home and handed one to my bf. I'll give this place a try again and hopefully they won't forget next time ;)

This place is a fantastic study spot! Super cute decor inside and the red thai tea is amazing!

It was my first time here and I enjoyed it so far. I'll be coming back for sure. Came here with my bf and we got Italian sodas; he got the sunset and I got the sapphire Italian soda-fancy names for mango and lavender cream sodas. Both were refreshing! This place is small but very cute! Designs were modern and earthy like an inside garden almost. They have this little nook hallway where you can pick and choose your drink and topping and seal it yourself. Pretty cool spot! Definitely should check it out and it's a cute spot for a date, small social gathering with your bff and/or friends.

I was craving boba and came across this place on my maps. Theres no street sign so I never even knew this was even here and I go to Little Lilly Sushi all the time. The employees are really nice and patient. The dining area is really clean and neat i like all the tea cups on the wall. Sadly they do not have matcha green tea or a large selection of smoothie drinks like other boba places. I got the thai tea for hubby, jasmine green tea with strawberry pop jelly for me and a mango oolong tea for my mother in law. I really like that you can choose how much sweetness you can add to the drink because other boba places dont offer that, and I don't like overly sweet anything. I did 25% in my green tea and it was perfect. Their small is still a good size, its wider than the large so not really sure the true size difference. Hubby said the tai tea was good unfortunately he spilled his before I got a picture so thats why there isn't one. My jasmine green tea was perfect, nice strong tea flavor and the jelly's for a nice yummy surprise. My mother was expecting a smoothie but they didn't have that option (just mango no yogurt or anything else) but for a mango flavored tea it was still good. I will definitely will be coming back!

My Mom used to make egg in a hole for me as a child and you don't see them on typical menus so I had to get it. This is a delicious adult version! Crispy buttery egg in a hole sourdough sandwich with melty fontina & cheddar cheese with prosciutto. Served with breakfast potatoes. I opted for their pasta of the day per recommendation of our server, and I'm so happy I did. It was very flavorful and delicious. The chicken was cooked perfectly and just as I liked it.5/5. I also ordered their strawberry matcha, which sadly wasn't great. It was water down and didn't taste a hint of strawberry. Unfortunately, it was a total letdown since I was looking forward to it. Our server provided decent customer service. It was busy at first, but then it calmed down after the large party and three other smaller parties left. Overall, it was a positive experience since my food was deliciously good.

The interior is fairly small but cute with modern aesthetics. Their restroom was immaculate, which was a huge plus. I browsed the menu for a few seconds and asked Charlie what they recommended. I opted for their Zahr latte with matcha, especially since Charlie mentioned that the honey has a citrus flavor. It was so creamy with hints of citrus and cardamom. It was so good and refreshing. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures. I sipped it all up and didn't get a chance to take pictures. 5/5. My little one was checking out their syrups and I picked him up. Charlie was such a sweetheart and gave my little one a tiny cup at which my little one smiled and wasn't as fussy. Phew, thank you so much for being such a kind and kindhearted person. I love all the windows and patio seating that look out to the Trinity. I started with the sunrise date latte- delicious. This latte was silky smooth and the orange zest balanced the date syrup and added to the presentation. For brunch, the Lox bagel did not disappoint. I don't mind a slow pace at a crowded restaurant, but the slow speed here is very, very slow. After waiting 10 minutes for a server to come to our table, I went up to the hostess stand and asked her to check if we had been assigned a server. The table next to us wasn't as patient - they got up and left after waiting for at least ten minutes, if not fifteen, for someone, anyone, to come and acknowledge their presence. This was our second time there, and it was just as slow as it was about two year's ago. My advice: go there if you want to sit and eat with a nice view of the Trinity River and you have no place to be for a good 60-90 minutes. Otherwise, go elsewhere for coffee or breakfast/lunch where the pace of the service is reasonable and realistic.
