I came into this establishment last weekend with another party for some dinner on the water. The restaurant is a former clubhouse for residential condos/apartments across the street. Therefore, when guests walk inside, they will notice how quaint the establishment is as well as the gated pool that is adjacent to the restaurant. Without further ado, here we go... Tuna Tostadas This starter was a mix of ahi sushi-grade tuna with onions, spices, fresh avocado, and wasabi aioli for a flavor profile that is light yet punchy. Aside from the ahi being at the height of freshness on this dish, the avocado added the perfect amount of creaminess to these tostadas. French Onion Soup Yikes, while I enjoy a good French onion soup, my soup was salty, and the cheese was "off." This is unfortunate as this is such a simple soup to make. I sent this menu item back. Perhaps for ya'll who go to the restaurant after me and give it a try, you can DM me and let me know what ya'll think. Sound like a plan? Seafood Pasta This Creole Shrimp Pasta is accompanied by a creamy sauce and is further layered with aromatic onions, garlic, salt, pepper, basil, and a splash of lime juice. The sauce is spicy, creamy, and garlicky, with a pop of freshness. It's a hypnotic blend that will have you savoring each rewardingly complex bite. The pop of cherry tomatoes in the dish gives it a subtle hit of acid to balance out the heavy cream from the sauce. This entree is made with simple fresh ingredients and is ideal for those who enjoy a seafood (shrimp and clams) dish that pays homage to our French next-door neighbors. For those who did not pass their U.S. history class, when I noted next-door neighbors, I mean Louisiana! Salmon This manner in which this silky salmon was prepared with a crunchy coating of fragrant seeds rendered the skin on this fish shatteringly crisp. The bed of sun-dried tomato orzo was creamy but a bit bland. While the tomato added a pop of color to the orzo, the tang was missing. However, the star of this dish did shine. Overall, the service provided by our waiter, Tyler, coupled with the lake views and quaint atmosphere, made this an enjoyable experience and one I would repeat. #supportlocal

We go here for our anniversary every year we're in town for it (date nights too). The food & service are the best in Kerrville! It's our favorite restaurant by far. Thanks 1011 Bistro for making our 23rd anniversary awesome per usual.

Stunning views from the restaurant and the food is delicious. Colton took great care of us. Don't know why but the silverware felt cheap for such a fabulous meal.

Definitely the highlight meal during our stay in Kerrville need a reservation to get seated. View to river is beautiful @ Sunset. Diana had Pork Tenderloin on a bed of corn grits and she cleaned the plate a rare accomplishment for her, I went with the Sirloin 10 oz with potatoes steak was charred nicely and medium rare they used a compound butter which made each bite one to savor a good chew on the way to the tummy. We ended the meal with the whiskey cake which consisted of bourbon toffee sauce, crème anglaise, maple pecans served warm quite delicious

Interesting spot when you feel like having a little bit of a fancy meal. Main reason for the 3 star was the initial first impression for service. The place was basically empty on a Sunday at 5pm for dinner and the host made a special exception to even consider seat my part aside from the fact they were empty when we arrived and pretty much thru our entire dining service. The view of the lake is pretty nice but only available for tables of 4 or less so take that into consideration. There were some outside tables but I can't imagine dining out there being very comfortable. Overall food was good and actual table service was good as well.

This place is a gem that we wound up stumbling on. The view is breathtaking and the food was divine. The burrata and ahi tuna appetizers were great. The desserts were also all good. Duck was okay. We were hoping to get Ossobuco but they only serve that Saturday. I wasn't a big fan of the duck but the sweet potato au gratin was delicious. Service from Trevor was also exceptional.

This is an elegant dining spot with wide river views. Dress is casual. Tyler was an excellent server. We had a great dinner here. The lamb was cooked to perfection. One of the ribeyes was undercooked. The other was a perfect medium rare. The salmon was good, but the real hit was the seabass. The muscles were on the fishy side, but we still finished them. The crab cakes were good, but a little fishy as well. Again, our plate was clean. We tried all 5 desserts. The hit was the whiskey cake.

Relaxing atmosphere and pleasant staff. The presentation of the food is great, and the tastes are, too. Everything was seasoned well, no need to add extra salt or pepper. The bread they bring out at the beginning, though?! Excellent. I had the lamb and it was good, but definitely not the best I've had. I didn't like that they put it on top of the yogurt; I prefer to have the option to dip it. The risotto patties (can't remember if that's what they were called) are a bit of an acquired taste/texture. The pork tenderloin was a nice mix of sweet and savory. The salmon was actually my favorite - crispy on the outside and tender inside. Their sopapillas are good, but not really authentic, imo. Also, was not a fan at all of the vanilla bean ice cream served with it. Overall, it was a nice experience and the food was good.

Romantic with low lights and great service. My husband and I went on a valentines date and the food was delicious! We ordered a bottle of wine, calamari for the appetizer. I ordered the duck and my husband ordered the antelope which was fried like a chicken fried steak. Everything was so good! The parking is street parking though with not so great lighting but overall good prices for great food!

This is one of our favorite Saturdays!…read more Shop in Comfort, Tx shops in the morning, and then head to this gem of a vineyard in the afternoon! GREAT wine and good food and nice people. Beautiful setting and music acts that are great. I actually feel like I am telling too many people about this... like I am sharing this awesome secret- but it's too good not to share!

Great Vineyard, Frustrating Food Experience…read more This was our first visit to Singing Waters Vineyard, and the property itself is absolutely darling. The setting is beautiful, the staff at the vineyard were friendly and welcoming, and the wine was tasty. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and time with friends. However, the food truck experience was a big letdown and honestly the main reason we're hesitant to return. I paid $12 for a hot dog combo (pictured)--just a single hot dog and a small bag of chips. That price felt excessive for what we received. The kids' burger was $8 and was tiny...about the size of a quarter dollar with melted cheese and chips. The value just wasn't there. What made things worse was the service. Our friends ordered the exact same food right before us and received theirs much earlier. We waited about 40 minutes longer for the same order. It was frustrating, and it did make us wonder if my earlier comment about the hot dog price being extreme played a role. The kids were all still hungry. The vineyard itself is lovely and worth visiting, but I strongly recommend reconsidering the food truck setup...either pricing, portions, or vendor choice. The food experience didn't match the quality of the venue, and it definitely affected our overall impression.
