Then, I get my composure after sitting there in complete shock and wonder what kind of Freaking idiots would play that on the radio? Is that how she needs to be remembered? Do you really think a pathetic poorly composed group of words about an innocent child murdered by her mother needs to be aired on the radio? It's not even worthy of being called a "SONG". There is so much more going on in the world. Heck, there is so much more going on in our own community. What was done this morning is done and I won't be listening to your station to see if you play it again. As a mother of 3, I am very disappointed in your station. I hope you dig deep in your heart and realize how senseless that was!

When I lived in Charleston, this was the only station I listened to when waking up in the morning, to later driving to meet with clients on weekdays. Now I have to suffice with my computer since I am now back in Greenville. I don't have a choice in my car, so I'm forced to listen to the local talk radio show in Greenville which totally SUCKS. When tuning in, you begin with Richard Todd's morning show at 6:00, then it's Neal Boortz at 10:00 and the famous Rocky-D and Donna Darlin' Show at 12:00. Shawn Hannity is on at 3:00 followed by Mark Levin at 6:00. If you're a Liberal, I'd say, steer clear if you don't want to hear the truthful hard facts... And, unless you want to be totally abused by Rocky-D or Mark Levin and are a Liberal, call in! They'd love to hear from you and give you some interesting feedback. ;) Vote for Herman Cain in 2012!

Skirt! is a free newspaper-sized magazine for women that comes out monthly. The ads and articles…read moreare geared toward women. One of my women friends loves reading it every month. I picked it up out of curiosity. For me (obviously not a woman), it was just okay. The articles contained topics like pregancy, a mother with a teenaged daughter who wants to have sex, learning to do a handstand, etc. Things I'm not familiar with. Plus I noticed that there were a LOT of ads in the magazine and very few articles. But I guess that's how they keep it afloat and offer it free, right? My friend also loves the magazine for its information on new shopping in town, including what products are available where. For women, I give it two thumbs up, for men...not so much.
