The employees do not have access to a bathroom. If it rains, if it snows, if it is freezing; the toilets cannot be flushed. This has happened on several occasions. It is not a once a year event. This is not sanitary. I have seen customers and employees denied access to a flushing toilet. Hard to shop at a store that cannot provide this-for us-or their employees.

That's important because who wants to be choking due to it being too tight! He also had me try on a black fitted vest which at the time fit perfect. When I picked up my rented tux from him the day before my wedding, I felt confident in him and my rental. After all, it's his job, right? On the morning of my wedding as I took out my tux, the long sleeve off white shirt was so dirty that it had obvious dirt on the inside of the collar and it smelled like someone's old cologne!! So gross! Then tried putting on my vest, but it didn't fit because it was a size small. I'm a size large all day long. Jose failed at properly organizing my order, he failed on cleanliness of the tux and I'm crushed at the fact I couldn't look nice for my special wedding day by not being able to button up my shirt at the neck or wear the vest that I was hoping to wear. He talks fast and rushed around while trying to fit me. Almost like time is money and my time wasn't valuable. I picked up a sweater for me and a really nice shawl I know my wife would like and proceeded to get the checkout line. The store itself was considerably empty. I got to the checkout and I was next. There were 2 attendants talking behind the counter almost as if I wasn't there. So I let a minute or two go as "hey, maybe it's me?" Until one looked up, rolled her eyes and when back to conversation then mumbled something, put on her coat and walked away. The other attendant said nothing. Another customer came up behind me and I let her go ahead. She waited as well... I smiled , put the garments back exactly were they were and left.
