1-tom makes it impossible to communicate with anyone beyond the thieves that victimized me. They have stolen from me, destroyed what once was my bathroom and left me without one for four months and counting~! I have tried to reach the corporate franchiser and the automated system refers you back to those people who lied cheated and stole from me. WHY would I waste time on known liars??? I have posted my phone number 904 343 4650 NO CALL~! I NEED an email address to send details and photos of the damage done. I just received an estimate from a reputable company for $37,500.00 to restore the damage. Another over $1100.00 just to bring the plumbing up to code. I'm very ill and this nightmare has kept me in-bed most days. It's a struggle to just perform this task. Below is the hole left behind in the dark by the inept laborer, just outside my bedroom and in front of the bathroom door. I could have been killed falling into it. Even after complaining of this danger they did NOTHING~! I had to cover it myself with plywood pictured just inches away. They are TOTALLY irresponsible, incompetent and dangerous~! The whole crew including the "operations manager" were aware if the hole and did nothing for a week~! Of course not being present at the job site more than a few minutes at a time and seldom makes it difficult to actually do anything~! Now I see the owners response is Once again EVERYTHING they do is a FAVOR~! The employees lie and he swears to it. If he was truly responsible he'd request an appointment to see for himself Just what a mess his employees are trying to pass off as work~! And choose not to do anything about it for a week. He complains I asked for things in the linen closet and medicine cabinet which are inside the bathroom and needed to be removed to finish their work. But everything they do is a FAVOR~! Mr. H. refers to an agreement? I have not received ANY contract or signed ANYTHING. I also have learned the work was undertaken without permit WHICH IS REQUIRED~! Shown ( operations manager) claimed it was not. The down payment was acquired after two weeks into a one week job NOT half finished~! You are defending a situation of which you have NO first hand knowledge and since I know your employees to be bare faced liars I'm not at all surprised~! As far as a discount: employing unskilled labor at $20.00 an hour whom admit they do NOT know what they are doing and the proof it in their work product. Hardly justifies constantly leaving unskilled, untrained laborers unsupervised to destroy a whole room~! There are hole in the wall that previously was perfect. The people inspecting y I did ask a lumbering laborer who stood idle for at least an hour in my site to help me move a refrigerator. Which he refused and offered to get "help?" Since it was on wheels I did it myself with great difficulty. Why instead of working the whole crew watched ME~! He doesn't consider how the supervisors fail to supervise or even spend any substantial time at the job. They abandon my job for "emergencies" elsewhere ON THE rare occasions they even show up. They begged me for a payment two weeks into a one week job that they only attended part-time. How have these details escaped him? He needs to see for himself what incompetent laborers are doing in his name. Was I rude? When someone lies to your face, steals from you and destroys your home what do they expect? Every single contractor, plumber and building inspector all agree this job is a disgrace. Yet he wants me to allow these butchers to continue??? They are in possession of hundreds of dollars worth of my materials and destroyed $1000.00s in material everyone say must be replaced. They tricked me into a partial payment and additional fees to which I did not or would not agree~! The only favor was allowing them access to my credit card. They abused my trust repeatedly. I gave the full access and got disdain and dangerous conditions in return. I will never allow these thieves back in my home. I've discovered my own tools missing. They leave there tools scattered about the job site with NO organization or order. Half full drinks on my stairs and floor to trip over. But I should be polite and accept their abuses??? I challenge Mr H. to review this insultingly poor and frighteningly squalled job site. He will find it impossible to defend it. I choose not to waste my weak voice in conversation with confirmed liars. Until he visits in-person alone; I won't have the lying crew back; he can NOT possible have an opinion of the damage done~!
