Everything is fresh like I said from the meats to the produce there is varieties and varieties of products different brands, different sellers and there's always good service at this grocery store. There's big aisles. The cashier lines are always open. We like the fact there's a little bitty store inside the grocery store as well and when you first walk in there's a soda machine, a machine where you can get stuffed animals a Coinstar and you can spend a certain amount of money and come home with 15 bags or more so affordable that's why me and my husband love that story because it's great and they have a big nice clean bathroom for men and women and people who work at customer service cashier everyone who works at the Winco is polite and sweet and very helpful. You can't go wrong going winco grocery store!

The cashier/clerk tells me "sir I don't think this is going to be allowed to go through because it's now 2:13am." Sure enough, it did not. Literally 40+ minutes in line only to have this happen. I should have known better. It's the same shit-show every time I shop here and they don't care about customer service because they know they're the only option for late night shopping. Zero points for customer service.

Early retirement would be nice... which reminds me... lunch break's over and I gotta get back to work. Grrr....

Sketchy thing to do without even giving customers the chance to enter/use their rewards.

I waited for him to get off the phone. It didn't appear that was going to happen. I ran my card through. Approved. Done. I understand it's California, so I'm probably not going to get a bag for my items, but still I waited for him to end his call. He finally did. I said to him that I understood they do not have a public restroom, but as it was 11:30 pm, does he know of another place nearby that does? He very politely answered that in the same parking lot, McDonald's is open 24 hours, and perhaps the Chinese food place. (for the record, McDonald's drive-thru may be open, but dining room, and therefore restroom, is not). So, while Sam was polite to talk to, the telephone conversation was not. I realize that there are some horribly rude customers who will be on the phone even while checking out of a store, but businesses have a right to refuse service. Me, as a customer, I want the clerk to have my undivided attention. The fact that I was not greeted, nor engaged, is extremely rude, and may prevent me from visiting this Circle K again in the future, exercising my right to refuse to give my business. Meanwhile, it was an older store, so it didn't appear the cleanest. The fountain drinks were wide and vast, like many Circle K's. This one, however, did not have the extra flavors and add-ins that newer Circle K's have.

I really wish we could find better ways to help the homeless other than push them along, but as far as a store owner, I can understand them wanting to find ways to keep them from in front of their business. I think what we need to do is find better ways to help the needy. lee's sandwich shop is next door you cannot go wrong with their chicken wings and eggrolls. Pick up number six with extra pork.
