Charged 5 dollars for a small water. Scammers who over charge on basic necessities it's honestly not okay

This Circle K is located near a busy freeway and close to Pep Boys and nearby shops. Service is hit or miss but the drinks are cheap and there is plenty of parking. At night the strip mall can be a bit sketchy but this Circle K has plenty to offer. If you want root beer there is another Cirlce K on Orange Ave. near Jackson Street. read more

This place is so gross.I went on the afternoon of 1-1-23 and I got a few items when I got home I realized the item was open from the bottom and it was taped up.It also had a weird taste and a powder type on the item. read more

Emmi is an employee of Circle K, He have no problem making good sales for this company. Monday night around 11pm I was sold day old chicken with hard bricks for biscuits. The day old chicken, that sit under the light all day and biscuits that could break a window or cause dental damage. The sad part, he admitted it had been there all day. Offering to cook more in the morning but wouldn't cook anymore then, even though they are 24hrs. Refusing to refund the money, he want me and my family to have chicken for breakfast. Circle K - a car parked in front of a gas station - Convenience Stores Near Me - Bellflower, California

I bought a gallon of milk on a Sunday night and the milk expired on Tuesday. I normally go to the supermarket to buy my milk but it was late. The supermarket milk usually lasts 3 to 4 weeks. I have bought milk from Circle K a couple of times and notice the expiration date I was in a couple of days after buying the milk. This last time I bought the milk I didn't realize the expiration date and gave it to my one year-old granddaughter. I gave her spoiled milk and she started vomiting throughout the night. Please check your expiration date on the milk when buying it from Circle K. My thought on this is why is he selling milk that is about to expire for over $4? This is ridiculous and insane how business people take advantage of the customers. I will never buy from this business again! read more

So... here's what happened. My wife and I took a walk with our dogs to the Circle K on Downey and Artisia for smokes. As I was heading in, my dogs decided to do their business outside the store. I walked in to buy my cigarettes, and asked for a bag as well. I walked back outside to pick up the mess, all the while the owner of the Circle K is verbally assaulting my wife. I try to calm the situation down by informing the owner I was well aware of my dog's actions and was intending on picking it up (which I did in front of her). This did not stop the owner from attempting to solicit a physical altercation with my wife. She kept trying to get my wife into a fight in front of the store (in front of the cameras) so she could have my wife arrested for assault, as she was threatening on calling the police. We were banned from the store as we were leaving. Not only will I avoid this store specifically, but all Circle K shops moving forward. I have NEVER been treated that way before. Dogs poop, it's what they do, and responsible dog owners pick up the mess, which I did. This whole thing could've been avoided with a calm voice, but the owner wanted a brawl. Do yourself a favor. Do NOT go here. Some questionable folks will be hanging out in front, at any time of the day. The management running the place doesn't care. Their lazy, shady looking, overweight security guard will not keep you safe. If you didn't listen to my warning and actually got in the store, don't buy anything. ESPECIALLY their little cheap chargers. They won't work, and they'll refuse you an exchange or refund. There's a 7-11 two minutes from this location in either direction. Spend the extra time going to a legitimate business. read more

I wish I didn't have to put a star for this store. First off the guys that works here has a lack of customer service skills he's rude and obnoxious. I bout a fountain drink orange bang to be exact this morning and didn't think nothin of it it was good and as I'm sitting at work I decided to open the lid and to my surprise their were fruit flies(nats) around the inside of the cup I was totally disgusted to say the least, so since I don't work far front the store I decided to go back to let the guy know. When I showed him he sarcastically asked what did I want him to do about it and asked if I wanted another drink, I told him absolutely no. He then shrugged his shoulders and asked again "what do you want me to do about it" I told him he could be a little more apologetic instead of rude about it. Anyway, I ended up talking to the lady and she gave me my money back, but I will never buy anything else from this store he needs to be put out of business. read more

The clerk (Sam) was on the telephone when we entered the store. He remained on the phone when we brought our items up to check out. He rang up the items. I waited for him to get off the phone. It didn't appear that was going to happen. I ran my card through. Approved. Done. I understand it's California, so I'm probably not going to get a bag for my items, but still I waited for him to end his call. He finally did. I said to him that I understood they do not have a public restroom, but as it was 11:30 pm, does he know of another place nearby that does? He very politely answered that in the same parking lot, McDonald's is open 24 hours, and perhaps the Chinese food place. (for the record, McDonald's drive-thru may be open, but dining room, and therefore restroom, is not). So, while Sam was polite to talk to, the telephone conversation was not. I realize that there are some horribly rude customers who will be on the phone even while checking out of a store, but businesses have a right to refuse service. Me, as a customer, I want the clerk to have my undivided attention. The fact that I was not greeted, nor engaged, is extremely rude, and may prevent me from visiting this Circle K again in the future, exercising my right to refuse to give my business. Meanwhile, it was an older store, so it didn't appear the cleanest. The fountain drinks were wide and vast, like many Circle K's. This one, however, did not have the extra flavors and add-ins that newer Circle K's have. read more

I really dont want to give this place any stars at all. I walked in there to pick up a few things and the lady i guess is the owner was marking up everything in the store. The price os high enough what the hell. Lady if you want your store to have more business STOP raising your prices. A pack of orbit gum now $1.69 at circle K i go to walmart and its .96. Rude staff, unclear signage. Sign said 2 monster or Rockstar for $3. They charged me $6.69 before I could protest--just ran my credit card really quick. Clerk said it was because I got two different kinds of drinks. He would not refund my money, would not do anything. Rude rude rude, poor business practice, poor service. read more
