July 8, 2025, I wasn't paying attention and bought some chips, looked at the money coming out and seen I got charged 12 bucks for 1 145g (5.11 oz) bag of chips the imported Cheetos xtra flaming hot "nueua imagen ", 2 Arizona's, and 2 maruchan cup of noddles. In what world is that 12 hots? Turns out the bag of chips were 5.98. Ik it's imported but at the liquor for less or the Guadalajara down the block, it's 3.69. Ain't no way you're charging that much more for it. Super happy he gave me a refund but I think that was official the last time shopping there. This liquor is a foodies dream. Went to this liquor store yesterday and I was extremely impressed with the remodel and all the different kinds of alcohol/snacks they carry. I love trying all different snacks from around the globe and they have all kinds!! Bought these Korean lays to test them out and they are FIRE.... I live just around the corner so this is my go-to liquor store. It seems like there are new owners who are very very nice. They are also doing renovations, I am excited for the updated spot! I also wanted to mention that taco stand just outside the liquor store is amazing. I always order a few tacos de al pastor and their salsa, mmMmMmmmM!! This place is so ridiculously dusty it makes no sense. You have to be parched in the middle of a heatwave to pull in there and get a cold one. I mean it's Eddie Jr's but this one is outrageous. Based on my experience last night this place is basic not gross and deserves better reviews. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with barbecue sauce and it was delicious. It was the same bacon cheeseburger you could get from any tams, tonys, Louis, etc. in LA but the their barbecue sauce really took it to another level. I also ordered the pasta special, ravioli, garlic bread, and salad, for my mom and tried it. The ravioli was good, not Italian restaurant quality but far exceeded my expectations of a liquor store kitchen. There was nothing garlic about the "garlic bread" but the freshness made it superb. The salad was a basic garden salad you could make at home. We both enjoyed our meals. I would definitely order from eddies again the food was good, decent prices, neither one of us are sick, but most importantly FANTASTIC customer service. When my food arrived I was greeted by the most adorable, nice old man. I didn't catch his name but he was courteous and had interesting small talk. This is a little dive store. A lot of the items on the shelf have dust on them. The stuff in the fridge looks old. The aisles are blocked with boxes. It a real safety hazard. The pizza, subs, etc. here are gross. Prices are touch and go. I remember in high school there was a real nice white man who ran the store. I remember the day they held up the store and killed him. This is not a desirable spot. I get my alcohol and other items elsewhere. I rarely ever come here. I did in a pinch when my mom went to the hospital in October and broke out in hives from something I touched there. I even hate to use the ATM which charges you like $3. read more

We LOVE EDDIES!!!!! We order from them all the time, about once a week. All of their food is delicious, whether you go with Italian (the Lasagna is out of this world), Mexican, or even their hot dogs and burgers - it all rocks! Don't be fooled by their modest appearance, they are very serious about their food and customer service, especially delivery, is wonderful. If you're ordering for a lot of people, it is ideal because there is something for everyone - and it's all good. From subs and sandwiches, to full dinners of lasagna and salads. Their appetizer menu is extensive - don't miss out on their fried zucchini or salads. If you order through Eat24, you're in for a treat (although there is a small delivery charge). After a long day at work on Labor Day we came home tired and knew at some point we would need food. After many days in a row I hadn't been able to go shopping. Eddies was the only place open for delivery. We thought there would be a wait so we placed an order as soon as we got home. Placed the order through Eat 24 (Eat24 GETS A MILLION STARS). A representative from Eat 24 contacted me saying because of high volume it would be 1 hour and 45 mins. We knew it was going to be busy so we planned ahead by ordering early. So we were polite and said it was okay. 2 hours and 15 minutes passed and so I contact through Eat24 they got my call that we were patient but lost our order and it's not made. Oh, and no drivers now. I said I was patient but not NEVER. Was credited $10 through Eat 24 which I hope they charge interest to Eddies. Wasn't eat24's fault. So after over 2 and a half hours waiting and nothing else open and risking having no parking spot if I left... rice crackers and ketchup was all I had (no I didn't mix).
