I spent 3 hours on the internet & on the phone searching for a mobile mechanic to fix the problem, got many quotes, but when the found out it wasn't diesel or a semi orna bus RV, they wouldn't come out. I finally found Mike & Gina's. They were already on a call, but talked to me about the problem, got the vehicle info, gave me pricing for what they thought it might be. They called when they were on the way. They diagnosed the problem, kept with their original quote (which was much lower than the other companies I spoke with), got the part, repaired the vehicle & it's been running fine. No extra charges, no scams, no crap. Honest, knowledgable mechanics. I highly recommend Mike & Gina's mobile auto repair. They know what customer service is supposed to mean!!

We called and texted Mike & Gina and several times as well as Tim and they said they will come back to finish and they never showed up. They have never come back and have completely stopped answering our calls and texts and have still not finished the job. How can a business steal from their customers and charge us $2k and completely run off and ignore all our calls and texts. We just want our money back and they are not responding to us. It's truly a shame that they do this to hardworking people that trust a mechanic to do a job and they completely disappear. I do not recommend this fraud business unless you want to get robbed.
