Tobby from Higher Level responded quickly and came out to give me a quote right away. He was very transparent about what was needed to do the job properly and explained why cutting corners would cause problems down the road. He made me feel confident in his skills and never pressured me to make a decision on the spot. Once I decided to move forward, Tobby let me know he could come out that same day. A few hours later, his brother arrived to start the job, and Tobby joined him later to finish it. They worked late into the evening and even offered to return the next day if we needed to rest, but since we were going out of town, I asked if they could finish that night. They had no problem accommodating us and stayed to complete the work. Both of them worked hard the entire time, but they were also careful to do the job right.
