The lady who handled my appointment schedule at the toll free number was very polite and set up the appointment with ease. The local guy was very understanding and polite as well. On moving day the guys showed up on time they gave me a text when they left the store they went to my parents home first then the apartment and then to the destination. They were very efficient and quick. They were also very polite. The hunks part is explained on the pic of the truck that I posted. When they came to give a bid it was obvious they were a cut above the rest. They looked at a variety of things that others overlooked which would eventually drive the cost up. Polansky was very straight forward and was half the cost of another Lennox dealer in the area. The service after the installation has been impeccable! When I first turned the heat on in the Fall there was a burned oil smell. I called in the evening and they returned my call immediately. They were out to check on the system first thing the next morning. At that time I mentioned that the thermostat would reboot several times a day. The technician. Told me to watch it and let them know if it caused a problem. About two months later the thermostat would not work. It was 7:00 in the evening and cold outside. I am recovering from leukemia treatment and get cold very easily. The thermostat was stuck on 70. Polansky promptly returned my call and suggested I restart the thermostat. Eventually they guided me through flipping the breakers to reset the system. This worked and the heat started to work. The next morning they called to arrange a time to install a new thermostat. Even though my issue was a last minute addition they took the time to ask me when a good time for me would be to come. Polansky Heating and Air has been a great choice for my home!
