Unfortunately, we must change our rating to Terrible, which is unfortunate. But we are left with no other choice. We have given them the opportunity to do the right thing. At first , we were very pleased with the response time, initial efforts. Our mother recently passed & we had a lot to get rid of, including furniture & appliances. We specifically informed them that the doorway was narrow & the door would need to be removed during the initial discussion. They accepted that. When they started they said it would not be a problem, they would break down the item(s) instead. We were feeling good until when we looked at the door & saw huge gouges into the wood where they had obviously struggled to get items out! When I contacted them, they had the gall to say that the gouges were already there! Now they are not responding to messages or taking our calls. Unprofessional, disappointing & unacceptable. We would have given them a 5-star review had them even tried to address their mistake. We even overlooked them being 40 minutes late. But to deny culpability altogether & then ignore the customer after being paid is offensive & wrong. Terrible customer service. Currently, they are not answering the phone or responding to our Yelp contact attempts. Dismal, unprofessional service. *Updated @1:50pm today: the owner Oron G. is currently refusing to speak with us & has directed an employee (who says the owner cannot be contacted directly) to tell us he can't talk to us until next week about a specific solution. Almost every place charge a minimum + the amount of space your items take up in the truck (example: $190 + (1/8 of the truck space used)) it adds up quickly! This company however doesn't do that, they charge you a FLAT FEE (An entire truckload) and is very affordable. Their business is relatively new hence the reviews. Medhi and hands were very friendly and did a spectacular job, they were in n out within 10 minutes!! They accept credit cards and cash (no checks).
