Their turn over for producing a shirt was much faster as they were ready the next day, and small fixes were even available the same day. They were very friendly and talkative so I felt a sense of higher transparency while going through this process. Don't be afraid to ask questions and tell them if something isn't how you want it to be! They were very willing to work together with me. Be prepared to go for multiple fittings! I fitted my shirt twice. If you want your shirt to fit right the first time, that is just how it should be. The shirts I got fit amazing and I am very happy with this experience.

Currently there are 13 LOG-ON stores in Hong Kong and this location is conveniently located inside the iSquare building in Tsim Sha Tsui. The store is clean and organized and there are plenty of employees around but do not pressure you to buy. I came into the store to just browse, but walked out with some beauty products that I think are slightly cheaper than what you might find at Sasa. It's a great store to find small gift items and greeting cards, they even offer snacks and drinks from around the world.
